They did not follow their own instructions and wasted a significant amount of time. I would advise the customer to look for another service if they want reliable and professional support.

It's full of awkward phrases, unidiomatic expressions and grammatical slips that seriously hinder understanding… After any substantive revisions the author may undertake before sending the paper to another journal, I'd strongly recommend using a language editor or at least having a native speaker of English read the paper.” I can only add that after receiving their corrections, punctuation was an inconsistent mess. I will never work with them again.

It would be hard for me to trust a site that has an error right on the first page I saw. In the list of words that are the same in singular and plural, dice is listed as one of them. The singular of dice is die.

i attempted to apply for job, signed up for free account, then asked to enter card number to verify identity. since it has such good reviews (i suspect they are paid for) i trusted it. i was immediately charged $2.99 and 39.99 with no fine print seen (i took screenshots just in case) and received fraud alert from bank because the site is considered suspicious. luckily i didn't have $40 in the account because i never use my real account i use a prepaid card one. but this is a scam do not click apply or get started.

Sadly there were moments when the editor pointed things that were incorrect but gave no suggestion. It could be because of the load of work on the editor caused them to skip some parts.

I am not happy with the quality. Compared to the previous years, in the last year the quality has dropped considerably. Every time the proofread texts contain typos and grammar errors and I am already considering alternative proofreading companies. I never got any attention or excuse concerning this fact.
