Our onboarding experience was a good one, we were allocated Bogdan Spatar, who was very attentive and keen to help us in anyway that we could, to ensure that our training was suited to our needs specifically and any additional questions were answered either by him or by the technical team. We have come away from the sessions in the knowledge that our CRM will work for us and improve our way of working. Thank you!

The onboarding process was extremely smooth. The recording of each session helped as we were able to look back at some parts for a recap. Our facilitator Bogdan Spatar was clear and concise and made sure at the start of every meeting we understood the previous training.

I wrote a review on 16/12/25 berating their lousy support. Prospect replied directly on this platform on 18/12/25 apologising and stating they were reaching out. It's 7/1/26 and I am still waiting. Their efforts are in winning customers but they don't care once the contract is signed.

I have had a great experience with Prospect365, it has a very visual dashboard which is great. I have had to use their chats to help me troubleshoot and found it to be so helpful. I had a particularly great experience with Afina, who walked me through some processes I hadn't done before. Couldnt have figured it out without her. Cheers team!

Afini was incredibly helpful when we have issues using the CRM after we updated our website. As I am not part of our management team he even was so kind as to send the required information to them on my behalf
