The set up of Prospect CRM was made easy by our on-boarder, Zira. She was great. It's the first CRM that we have worked with that suits a manufacturing business like us as opposed to some of the others that have been more designed with services in mind.
We're looking foward to seeing the benefits of Prospect CRM within the Brewery moving forward.

The software and onboarding is good and we've had helpful calls with Codruta who has been great. The support team are quite slow in fixing critical issues though and aren't very responsive - I've had to escalate issues through Codruta and Kyle before to make anything happen on them.

We have been onboarding with Prospect for a few months. We have had the pleasure of working with Matilda for training and onboarding and she has been wonderful. She is patient and thorough and incredibly well versed in the system. She is an excellent communicator and teacher and has allowed us to take the time that we need between sessions to get some practice and prepare our real-world questions together for our particular use case.

Roxas was really helpful in the set up process and assisting to train our team to use the CRM to its full advantage!

Overall a very good experience. We needed to make some quite unique customisations to the CRM platform to make it work for our business, so there were a lot of challenges and a lot of learning during the onboarding process! It also took much longer than expected. Sometimes it's hard to work with a support team over online chat, but having one-to-one support from Matilda Gardener, our onboarding assistant, was excellent. She properly listened to our needs, and in some cases pushed for improvements & changes to the app based on our feedback. I am now very pleased with the way the system works for our unusual business. It was worth it!!

A great product that integrates seamlessly with Unleashed software. The support team is outstanding—especially Matthew Ooi, who provides exceptional customer service. I highly recommend him for his professionalism and expertise.

I enquired about a type of report I needed to create to manage our accounts account receivables and Matthew and Zira came back to me within a couple of hours outlining a potential solution. We've had a seamless process all the way from getting our first demo to onboarding and training. Matilda was excellent and has a forensic knowledge of the platform so was able to handle all our questions straight away.

We find all our info in one place now, very grateful with Adilah's onboarding and Suraj's help to start with.

We've had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Prospect. Zira in particular was exremely helpful and personable. Highly recommend.

Prospect’s support has been solid. Matthew Ooi quickly stepped in when we hit a snag and guided us to an effective resolution.

Had a problem with Integration but with some quick support from Afini, it was easily sorted and we are now up and going.

The aftersales support is awesome, questions have been answers quickly with results. Early frustrations have all been resolved with the support team.

On the dashboard of this programme your sales data will be incorrect. I am told this is a 'bug' and will be weeks to fix. How can you have a CRM with incorrect sales figures? You have been warned.

The following up on this software is really good, especially if you have questions. They are very responsive and keen to get your systems at a high level.

We have been using Prospect for a number of years now and have recently decided to look into utilising it better to support our business. We requested a meeting with out account manager for some support with this. Since getting Prospect, a variety of things have changed and improved from us first using it that will help us in our customer management.

We had a meeting with Abigail Whitwham, which was helpful and informative when discussing what we want from the system and ironing out any issues that we were experiencing. She was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us.

The follow up of the meeting, with notes and resources, was sent the same afternoon for us to get started on doing what we need to make the system work how we want it to.

We had a very good onboarding experience with Matilda. She demonstrated and explained the system in depth and answered our questions. When we had a question she couldn't answer, she came back with a response promptly.
