I got my wife car back on the road thanks to the staff at Protyre. Breaks fixed at a reasonable price in a few days.
Quick and friendly service. I would recommend Protyre and would use them again.

I was seen immediately and the problem (2x new Falcon Tyres) resolved within 10mins. The staff were very helpful, explaining what the problem was in a clear a concise manner. I was very impressed with the service provided.

We visited west moors garage for new tyres for our bmwx3 and found the team friendly and helpful especially the guy on reception, don’t know his name. On the way home, we experienced a juddering, so went back next day, the team looked at the tyres and weren’t happy about the fit, Southey went and fetched new tyres and fitted them again. We just thought the staff were very busy and never stopped, they definitely needed a thank you.

First class service from start to finish they even rang me the week before when it was originally booked in to inform me that the tyres hadn't arrived and could be re-schedule. Will definitely be returning for future work

Really bad all round experience! Never again! as protyre were the cheapest for the tyre I wanted, the nearest branch was over an hour from me, this wasn't the problem. The problem started when they blew the inner tube, but he gave me his word and guaranteed he would get another and fit it by the afternoon. So I left it with him and waited for his call, I waited until 3.30pm, then called in to see if it was ready, another member of staff said he can't get one until next day. Really bad communication, know one called to let me know, I wasted all day there waiting and ended up taking away my wheel in bits, as they took the sprocket off, (which didn't need to be). Also had to source another tube elsewhere as I wasn't travelling back up there again the next day, taking another day off work. Also still had had to pay the fitting charge! One star is too high!!
