As always, great staff and a fast and great service. Had an unexpected tyre problem and they were able to fit me in and resolve the problem at short notice, getting me back up and running.

Wheel Balancing Success
Did exactly as requested and solved the problem. Price for balancing as expected but no explanation that an environmental charge of £5.00 had to be levied when there was no environmentally unfriendly waste? Hence 4 not 5 stars.

Overcharged and not as promised
Poor Customer service ,wheel weights not as promised after telling me they would be able to fit black weights
Tracking was completely out and car had to go back , they rectified this with Mole grips !!
Still not convinced its correct £90 wasted
Overcharged for valves when car had TPMS valves fitted !
Very poor , attitude very poor no sign of customer service anywhere

Refunded the difference thankyou…
£221 battery quote, all in, face to face, then £252 charged when done to a dearer battery without asking to go ahead or explanation.. *But put it right by refunding for the difference with many thanks. Reason for their decision to use a different battery, was due to the voltages they said, but both batterys are 12V. Given 1 more star for the refund.
