They were good. Not sure one of the initial mot failures was stated correctly!? But we got the car fixed elsewhere in the end anyways. However the garage KINDLY honoured the free re-test as THEY couldn't get it done for us within the ten day period, they didn't have to but very generously did! Thankyou! AND we passed!

Protyres saved me again with a complete new tyre with on the day fitting too! Rang up at half 9 and was all sorted by 2. Great customer service, friendly and helpful.

Protyre fitted me in for a new tyre very promptly. They gave me a full report, as asked, on the state of the old tyre and also gave me a report on the anticipated work needed over the next year.

I arrived earlier than my allotted time and as there was a gap before the next customer arrived my vehicle had a new battery fitted there and then.
A good efficient service.

Having become stranded in a supermarket car park with a non starting car we managed to get to Protyre on the edge on town. Excellent service. Spoke to Chris Parker who replaced the battery and got us mobile within 20 minutes. Thank you, Chris

I went in for a tyre. I was told that I needed new rear brake pads and discs and that my rear shock absorber was badly leaking and it all needed doing immediately in the new year. I have just taken my car to my usual garage, they have told me the brakes have another 6-8 months and the shock absorber is ok, it will need looking at in another few months.
Disgraceful.
Just an update, no one has been in touch.

Quick and Excellent service after replacing damaged tyre due to a blowout from a large pothole on the M25.

I was a bit disappointed that they were unable to correct the tracking on my car, "because it has ADAS", and they were not equipped for that. They should've made that clear when I booked.

Absolutely a joke of a business 3 times in a row now booked MOT and had a call to say they can’t do it as no MOT tester not available that day Beccles protyre you are a joke

Received a good friendly quotation for x2 new front tyres, however on completion of the work and after paying and returning to my vehicle on their forecourt several steering related fault messages flashed-up on the dashboard so I returned to the office before driving away.
Protyre checked with a diagnostic tool but power steering warning messages traction control, steering, spanner light and ESC fault remained illuminated after engine restart. I was told that they could not explain why the car now displayed these messages after their work suggesting it was a coincidence and I would need to go to a dealer or a professional car electrician as they could do no more but the car was safe to drive!
I gingerly returned home feeling very disappointed with the service provided however after researching the problem I managed to reset the system myself using a simple procedure with no special tooling found on a mechanics forum as it seemed to be a known problem after working on the front axle wheels on some models. I'm so relieved that I did not require the dealer visit or electrician at great expense as suggested by the mechanics however something that was undoubtedly avoidable if given a little more thought and care by Protyres who basically washed their hands of the problem and handed back a car with faults displayed which then became the customers problem.
A simply case of poor customer service and basic troubleshooting knowledge on Protyres part especially as the car had no system faults on arrival.
No further problems since reset apart from a tyre pressure warning message that evening due to low pressure in one of the replacement tyres, reinflated to correct pressure okay since.

Had my car booked in for a Tuesday for both a Service and MOT. However when I arrived I was told that the MOT tester was ill and I would have to re book this for the Friday. Slightly inconvenient but not the end of the world and thankfully the car was passed.
Protyre telephoned me the following week essentially to apologise which is refreshing in this day and age. Thank you.
