My first experience on Friday 21st…
My first experience on Friday 21st wasn’t good as they told me first come first served which didn’t happen. I have been back today with a puncture and it was very good seen to straight away.
So happy and will be back again ( hopefully not too soon).

Poor experience
Poor experience
Booked a slot to get 4 tyres changed.
Took 1 hour and 40 minutes.
Returned home to find scratches on my alloys / all tyres at different and incorrect pressures / no dust cap on one tyre and a wheel nut cover missing. Called the garage the next morning for the missing cover and I’m still waiting for a reply.

Very good service by ProTyre
I took our car to ProTyre in Billingham to get the aircon system regassed. The system was refilled and it now works as it should. The only slight issue was that I was told that the car would be ready in 1 hour but when I returned to collect the car I was told that they hadn't started it yet due to the volume of work they had in on the day. This wasn't a big deal for me as I live locally and I had nothing pressing to attend to. I ultimately got the car back later that morning. Other than that the service was very good and the staff were very apologetic about the delay.
