Polite , helpful staff, regas started straight away, good price. Waiting room spacious, clean, wifi, air con, coffee machine. Online booking easy and prices clear. Would use again and recommend.
İ have used this pace for so many years , my experience has always been very positive , all our car s tyres supplied by Protyre. Everyone who works there always friendly and profesional.

Great customer service from their new manager, despite the branch being extremely under pressure with high demand.
Quality of workmanship was all good, and the price was fair.

Great service as usual
Great service as usual. Had 4 tyres fitted . My granddaughter whose 5 even had a cake and hot chocolate given to her while she waited with us . Her only comment was and I quote " Is there any cream and marshmellows " much to the amusement to the other customers .😅😅

Spot on
Spot on, I pre-ordered a time slot for a tyre for my van the night before on line. Really impressed by the whole set up. Staff are friendly, nice waiting area with coffee machine. Definitely recommend this place.

They said they had mended my tyre but…
They said they had mended my tyre but as i was driving home rang me to say that there had been an error the tyre could not be mended. So i had to return the next day and sort 2 new tyres. Tyres had to be ordered, so in total 3 visits. Caused a lot of stress.

A quick fix
I only have an hour for lunch so I quickly popped in hoping that my puncture wouldn't take long. I explained this at the desk and within 5 minutes it was all sorted, tyre fixed. The staff are always helpful & nice.

Tires changed, John was Brilliant
Booked in to get two tires changed. I booked in for half 3 and I finished work early so I phoned in to request an earlier booking. John on the phone was very helpful.
Turns out both tires were the wrong size and thankfully they had the correct tires. John was excellent and provided a great service. Any time I need my tires changed I know where to go.

Over promised and under delivered
I booked a tyre tracking & alignment assessment online via the booking system. I turned up at the agreed time, only to be told that they were too busy to see me and asked me to rebook for another day. So I returned a few days later at the agreed time and waited in reception for 50 minutes before my car was checked. The manager did apologise for the delay, but clearly the online booking system appointments don't match supply & demand. Whilst waiting in the reception area there were a few other disgruntled customers due to a delay with their timed appointment. Unfortunately Protyre over promised and under delivered! I did eventually get my tyre alignment done but wasted almost 3 hours of my time over the two dates I had booked.
