They where very helpful bought two tyres the tyre warning light was on and they sorted it for me thanks very much.

Go elsewhere for a professional job!
They complained when I turned up for a 5pm wheel alignment appointment that I booked online. They then advised me that all 4 wheels may need alignment so I paid another £30 on top of what I had already paid. I then watched them have a go at aligning the rear wheels but then noticed that they we unable to loosen the rods, then they moved to the front wheels. At that point they then asked me to come back at a different time (because they couldn’t be bothered and wanted to go home)
I drove the car home and the alignment was way out!! Pulling hard to the left. Much worse than it was to start with.
I called back a little earlier (3.45pm) on a Friday where they aligned the front wheels but didn’t touch the rear (after charging me for a 4 wheel alignment).
I won’t be going back there again and would urge those who need professional wheel alignment to go elsewhere… perhaps Kwikfit or Halfords.
This all happened at the Bridgend Protyre, formally known as Bathwick Tyres.
