I booked a service and Mot together for a Saturday at 10am which should have been ready by lunchtime. Firstly I did not hear anything until late afternoon when I was called to say it had failed the mot and quoted me £350 to replace the rear shock absorbers, however as the parts are not available due to the time it will be done on Monday. So agreed that they keep the car and I worked from home so I can collect the car when ready. I did not hear anything on Monday and tried to call many times but no answer. By 5pm I got a lift to the garage and found that my car was still on the ramp being worked on. However, when enquiring on the progress they realised that even though they had changed the shocks they did not know that it was in for MOT as a different person dealt with it over the weekend and now could not get the MOT signed off as it was too late. I could not take my car but he was promised it will all be ready first thing Tuesday morning and promised a big discount off my next service or work done. I had to get picked up which was not convenient! I then came back on Tuesday morning to find that even though the car was ready with Mot. The bonnet was covered in dried on Bird poo. I was told that the car is kept in the garage overnight but most probably during the day either on Saturday or Monday it was moved and parked under a tree. When I complained I was initially told that he can't control where the birds poo but then he offered me a £10 to get my car cleaned, which I don't need! I just would expect a better level of service and care not to return a car in that state. They should have known it is not the right way to provide a customer service. I spent over £600 with them, so should have been treated better, internal communication was poor no customer updates or communication, not able to contact them as phone is not answered. Overall not good, hopefully just a one off and hopefully they will honour the discount off my next service as compensation, but they must improve communication and handover process.

My car passed its MOT with the essential repairs and am booking in for all the other work to be carried out.
Excellent service , honest advice and a team that treats people with respect and understanding . Thank you. You are all amazing and the main man himself who had to put up with my tears .

I went in the garage for air con regas and check. 4 years l didn't do anything to the a.c. sistem. I said to check and refill. The air it was warm around 20°.
What they did!?
They said the sistem is ok, they checked, and regase the air con.
I spend 89 pounds.
How is now?
The sistem is empty. I checked in 2 garages, and they said the same.

The refunds they don't want to do. In this case ghis is my fair review for this garage, and the company as well!

I booked my car in for MOT, very last minute as I hardly use it. But its always kept fully serviced at dealership, and usually MOT with them also. This time I was about runout, so booked online. I knew the front passenger light needed correctly fitting and alignment. But they failed it on 2 items regarding the front light, which I informed them about prior to the test. There was indeed 2 other minor items that it failed on, so that wasn't the main problem. I did keep the car with them for the repairs. But they actually made my passenger light even worse, and said upon collection the next time it will need a new fitting. Ive not used my car since I collected it, and today I have found the cover to protect the lamps on the passenger light is missing. It was attached with a plastic lanyard strap as per standard. They have broken this, as its always been there. Now the light fitting is cracked, the lamp doesn't hold in place and I need to get a new headlight, but I wont be taking my car back there. Im so annoyed, I even let my MOT get that low, and had to rely upon this place. The car also rattles on the front end, which even for a car of its 10 years has NEVER done. Its well maintained, and has been butchered.

My car was scraped while having two front tyres fitted. Although there were scratches already there these were new ones. They denied it and I couldn’t prove it.

I booked 2 tyres for today fitting 19.6.26
Over 225 I paid. Just had a call they are fully booked and can fit on Monday.I took the day off work to drive 25 mins to get my tyres fitted at the time given.Why put a time take my money and you cant do the job.you are not the ones that have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund and took a day off for nothing.I am most annoyed with your rubbish service.I will never reccomend your garage.Its not you that is out of pocket and had to take time off work.Anyone who is booking with this company please ring them as they are absolutely rubbish. I had to put 1 star wish I could put minus 10.waste if time.I will never book with any time waster company that takes money then inconvenience their custers word of mouth is powerful and I will not recommend your company to anyone.
