Fast, efficient, and friendly

Broke all 4 locking wheel nuts. Including the removal tool. Told me they couldn’t get the last wheel nut off and I had to take it elsewhere to be removed. Removed it myself within 5 minutes. Didn’t replace the wheel nuts that broke and I was left to drive away with a missing wheel nut on every wheel. Also the one hour allocated time slot was none existent. Vehicle was there from 10.15 am. Until around 4.30 pm

My car was booked in for front wheel alignment,as I had 4 new tyres put on the day before.I arrived early,they weren’t even open,staff didn’t even acknowledge me when they were opening up,i sat waiting in my car,until all the doors and lights were on,went to the counter and spoke to a rude technician,who seemed uninterested,and told me to just sit.Gave my keys to another technician,then my car went in the ramp almost 30 mins after my appintment time.i asked for a print off,and was told “he forgot so couldn’t get one now”.He laughed and said,”i have done it,honestly”.
As I was driving home,I wasn’t convinced that my steering wheel was as it should be.My husband got in my car the next day and went mad,as he noticed that the car not only was pulling,but the steering wheel was not central,and the esp light had come on.He rang the depot,and was greeted by a “rude,sarcastic”member of staffwho just told him to “bring it back”.
We went straight down there and had to wait over an hour,before my car went back in the ramp.The initial technician,seemed to find it funny that I had had to come back,I asked what they hd done to my car and was told that the machine needed “calibrating”!.
Why keep accepting customers cars when they know that the machine is not working correctly,especially when my car came out worse than what it went in.
I asked for a print off again,so he had issues with one of the nuts on the wheel.
When he finished and handed us the print off,one of the wheels had been 8 degrees out and the other was almost 3.
The steering wheel was as it should be.
Due to the fact that we had an aweful experience and still had an issue with the esp light,my husband contacted the company and made a complaint.
It is not what you expect to take your car to be aligned or have any kind of service and recieve aweful customer service,shoddy workmanship and an uninterested,rude attitude.

I booked an appointment and paid on line, great and easy to do. When I turned up the following day on time for my appointment I had to wait half an hour before my tyres were fitted as I was told they were short staffed. I was in a hurry as I had a long journey planned so was a little unhappy. Someone could have phoned or text to let me know. However, apart from this I am happy with the work and the tyres.

Was in for a service an m.o.t. Was done well before the time, called with a fail on m.o.t but had recommended another garage to do the work. Had work done an they fitted me in to retest an a pass. Great service an will recommend

The service I received was second to none very helpful and a good job done.

I ordered 2 new Goodyear tires. They had to put them on the rear wheels and then move them to the front and the front ones I bought from you last year put them in the back. Instead, they removed the front new tires and drilled them with a drill, and left the rears, which were badly worn under 1.6mm. How is it possible to destroy new tires and leave the old tires that are clearly for disposal?!!

Without going into too much detail, they could have gone for a hard sell on something but they didn't and I appreciated that. As a consequence they got extra business from me. Always pleasant and reasonably priced.
