Gavin and the team at this business are always professional, well informed and on point in the quality of work. You really feel like you can trust their explanations on any works required to your vehicle.

My only complaint is the poor quality of the premises. The staff clearly try and keep the property clean but it is old, tired and in dire need of a refurbishment. You have to wipe your feet ion the way out! There are several new MOT/Tyre business that have opened along the same road which are bright and shiny. This building on first looks appears to be a back street operation so probably a lot of business driving past and onto the newer businesses.

Got two new tyres for my EV. Amazing and fast service! Coffee while I waited if I’d wanted and a great chat with the manager while I was there. I highly recommend!

Very disappointed with the communication. Firstly on the website secondly at the branch.
I booked a time slot on the website where there were multiple slots with a 2 hour slot. I took this to understand that my service would take 2 hours no mention on website of why different.
Then attended branch 10 minutes early keys taken all seems fine.
Only to return 30 minutes early to be told we need to keep the car all day as there were 4 cars before me and my car still hasn’t even gone in yet.
I can understand a first come basis etc and if was advised it was an all day drop off I would be aware.
Worry is website very misleading by offering multiple same time slots assuming more than one mechanic.
Secondly not to be advised on arrival even more concerning.
I have now had to rebook for the 29th

Please sort out your website and make it clear what your booking.

Booked an MOT online during Black Friday offer. The £10 discount that was supposed to be applied on checkout didn’t materialise, hence giving 4 stars instead of 5, but the experience at the garage was great, as always … and my car passed the MOT too!

Good advice when I got two tyres fitted booked and pay for tracking aswell for the front. Gents there was honest and explained things are worn and need doing 1st as it would be a waste....car has new suspension all round. Hope to re book tracking soon.....been in the motor trade for 25 plus years good to see honest advice and not just up sale or take my money......the service I received i will be going back to Farringdon branch. Protyre needs to invest in the people they have there and give the site a fresh look....
