Having waited over 2 hours for a puncture to be plugged by a breakdown service company on the Motorway, i picked this garage from google,and was i glad i did. I had a replacement tyre on and was on my way travelling to Scotland within 20 mins. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly knowledgeable staff, making sure the correct tyre was sold,with a choice of options. Would highly recommend. Super efficient service, sadly lacking in so many others today.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Bathwick tyres in Bristol Road, Gloucester. I recently ordered 2 front tyres and a wheel alignment check protyre online and booked a time slot with your garage.

Upon collection, the technician informed me that everything was done, including the wheel alignment. However, as I drove out of the garage, I noticed the car was pulling to one side. I returned the next morning to report the issue, and the problem was attempted to be fixed. Unfortunately, the issue persists, and I've noticed that one of the valve (with tyre pressure sensor) was damaged during the process.

As a result, I'll now need to spend an additional £60-70 to replace the damaged part. I'm not satisfied with the service and would appreciate it if you could look into this matter further.

Two days after fitting 4 new tyres, my tyre pressure monitors failed. Could be a coincidence, but still costly. After replacing, the next morning I awoke to a flat tyre… also realising my locking wheel nut had not been returned. The next day, I returned to investigate flat tyre. After an awkward conversation where I was subtly accused of lying about not receiving it, they finally admitted they thought I was a different customer. There were 7 locking wheel nuts on the reception desk which had not been returned to other customers. This does not bode well…. They couldn’t remove my wheels to check fault with tyre. I was given £100 cash to drive the car to a different non affiliated “professional” tyre company where a cash in hand deal was made to remove and replace the locking wheel nuts. This company showed 2 cracks in the rim that needed repairing at an additional cost. Now the work is complete but I have standard nuts so will have to spend more to replace the locking wheel nuts. This experience cost me over £1000 not including replacing the locking wheel nuts. I went there with legal but worn tyres…. Maybe it’s just unlucky and coincidence, maybe….
