Rang me prior to the booked MOT informing me it was before 11 months and I'd lose a month if I had it done then. Provided excellent service and advice when I went to collect the car.

Left to drive away with no brakes
I took my car in to have my brakes changed and was left driving without brakes, as the mechanic didn’t bleed the lines and didn’t notice when pulling the car out of the garage. Very surprised to not even be offered a refund on the labour that hadn’t been done correctly.

Tyre replacement after roadside recovery
Booked a tyre replacement and had to be recovered from roadside. Thankfully I was able to have the car taken to ProTyre and leave it with them.

Absolutely great service
Absolutely great service. Had a pot-hole puncture - totally ruined tyre. Protyre sorted it within half an hour and the team made me laugh, so it made it all a bit less painful!
Have already recommended them to literally everyone I have seen since!

I discovered this gem of a garage last…
I discovered this gem of a garage last year and have gone back a few times now for tyres, my MOT and more recently to have new bulbs fitted for car head lights. They got me seen very quickly and they are a great bunch of guys. I don't know anything about cars but I do trust them that I'm not getting ripped off and they do a great job!

Had a service before the MOT
Had a service before the MOT. Failed MOT due to a short spring caused by a breakage. These were supposed to have been checked in the service....???. Luckily no retest fee. Also tickover now lumpy after service.
