Needed tyres with fitting at short notice
Needed two tyres with fitting at very short notice (day before MOT). Due to my tyres not being standard size and me wanting budget tyres they were hard to source but protyre had some in stock. I was having them fitted an hour after purchasing them online. The staff were friendly and polite I was very happy with the service. The tyre fitter also gave the bake pads and discs a quick inspection.

But did not do the inspection of what forms part of the gold service
Ive rebooked my car for a genuine inspection at alternative garage and once they inspection sheet is published to me i will be comparing your fraudulant inspection sheet with a genuine one putting them side by side and posting on all social media business groups and personal groups to ensure it goes viral

Fantastic, brilliant service from a genuinely helpful team!
I cannot recommend James (Horsforth) and his team at Protyre Armley, Leeds highly enough.
From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. They gave me clear estimates for the work, which were very close to the final cost, kept me updated on progress and when there was a delay, they called to let me know and gave me a revised expected completion time.
The workshop was clean, the team were friendly, polite and courteous. As a woman walking into what can sometimes feel a very masculine environment, I felt completely welcome and respected. There was no patronising or “man-splaining”.. just straightforward, helpful advice.
They even took the time to investigate an issue I was having with my car window and somehow managed to inadvertently fix it without needing to do anything at all!
Fantastic, brilliant service from a genuinely helpful team. I will only be going to James and the team at Protyre Armley for future work on my car.

Booked in for mot but they messed up…
Booked in for mot but they messed up and started a service which ment car was going to be a lot longer than anticipated so need3d to go home but couldn't get a taxi so one of thier staff took me home great customer service will definitely be using them again

I think I have been more than fair here…
I think I have been more than fair here as I had to take my vehicle back 6 times at my expense and 6 days lost from my holidays …when I finally got the vehicle look at by an experienced mechanic the job hopefully is fixed now ….but my question is would you been happy to take your vehicle back 6 time and lose holiday it’s been a very very stressful experience!!!
