Staff were dutiful and happy. Had alignment done twoce with them and both times very happy with the level of work. Car drives as it should now. Will use them for these works in future.

My Car was booked in for 11/30 I was…
My Car was booked in for 11/30 I was told it would be completed in 1Hour Ieft the car and had to Walk around Newark, On my return at 12/30 the car was still on the Forecourt untouched,I went into the office to get an explanation I was informed it would be completed in 30minutes,40minutes the work was complete, I was given a £20 Discount off my Bill,I would hope the next time I need Protyre it will be a Better experience as I have used this company many times before,Yours Sincerely Richard Lodder.

Very quick and efficient service
Very quick and efficient service. I had a blowout of the A1 last Thursday and rang in the afternoon to order a replacement tyre which arrived next morning and was changed for the new one and I was on my way again by 10 am.

Booked in advance date and time for two tyres fitting. Called to check on fitting day to make sure all ok. Apparently tyres not in stock. No one rang to let me know.
"Couldn't find your number to call you." That's odd as you had all my details when ordering.
