Great experience
Great experience, everyone there is lovely! I felt comfortable and they explained everything to me rather than my boyfriend. Even went the extra mile and had a look at my exhaust for me when I said there had been a strange noise. Will be going back again :)

Tyre was promised to be ready first…
Tyre was promised to be ready first thing. Phoned at 10 to chase and eventually ready at 2.30pm. Quoted fully fitted but just given back as wheel to be fitted back to car by us!
Will not use again!

Had a problem with a missing locking…
Had a problem with a missing locking nut, but when obtained the tyres were fitted immediately.

Disappointing
I ordered and paid for two tyres on line on the 7th August and made appointment for the 12th August , on arriving my car was taken into the tyre bay and work started, I was then told they only had one tyre and world phone when the other arrived, no phone received, I phoned on the 15th to be told the tyre had arrived and an appointment was made for the 20th.
Although I was offered free tracking I declined as it did not need doing, the staff were very courteous I am but I still had to make two trips not of may making, not sure if I’ll use Protyre again.

I agree with Marcus.
I went today to book MOT & SERVICE & I also was quoted a far higher price (£80) than the price shown on line & told that the summer offer only applied to online booking!
Was told that it is a general thing to find prices cheaper when buying on line. Not true! I did not book!
Just had a reply from Protyre asking me to contact them to discuss my view. The service centre made it clear to me that if I drove too see them then I would have to pay more. No problem if that's Protyre's policy. They obviously don't need my custom so I won't be contacting them again.
I've had four new tyres & an Aircon Regas with them in the last six months, very happy so thought I'd use them for my MOT & SERVICE. I am happy to pay the going price for any service but not when it's cheaper booking through the website, it's not fair so on that principle I will stick with my usual dealer garage.
