The temp
Manager was very accommodating, however, being a business owner I felt very uncomfortable in the manner in which the general staff spoke to him and called out an obvious mistake in another customer’s order in front of the customer to embarrass him, but pouring fuel on the fire! Not a professional look and cringeworthy to witness

Good service provided
staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Replaced two tyres and swopped wheels around to keep the two new ones as a pair.

Manager was polite and apologetic but I ordered the tyre online on a Saturday, appointment arranged for Monday morning, dropped off car but told half hour later the wrong size had been delivered. Went back on Tuesday and dropped off car again, this time only one tyre arrived. Finally got the other tyre replaced on the Thursday. Bit frustrating.
