fantastic team and service!!
i've used Mercedes main dealer for my car and thought id give Protyre a try as i heard good things..i was apprehensive as i've only ever used MB. the result... brilliant service from start to finish with a friendly approach and explained everything as they went along.Chris was fantastic and the reassurance from the team was very welcoming.the price was fantastic for my tyres and MOT. you have just gained another customer!! well done guys

I recently visited Protyre Worcester and was really impressed with the service I received. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy to help from the moment I arrived. They kept me informed throughout, explained everything clearly, and carried out the work quickly and professionally.
It's refreshing to find a garage where the team are knowledgeable, honest, and focused on customer service. The whole experience was straightforward and stress-free, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle had been well looked after. Booked my mini in for a service
Booked my mini in for a service. They were very efficient, kind and knowledgeable. I even mentioned additional problems, which they took a look into for me. The additional problems didn't need any work but I appreciated the piece of mind. They even gave free advice to me, to get a car cover, to protect my car from where I am parking. The service was a reasonable price for what was included and great quality but it's really the staff that made the experience. Took no time at all out of my day and when I drove off, my car felt the way it did when I first bought it (speedy again.) So I was very pleased. Thank you Worcester Protyre. I highly recommend and will come back next time I need a service.

Excellent value. The price has gone up slightly since I went but still a good price in comparison. Be prepared to wait but there is a free coffee machine so can’t really complain.
