A wasted journey!!
I visited the garage at the arranged time to have my new tyres fitted. The car wheels were removed and tyres deflated then when the fitter looked for the new tyres he realised that they had not received them. He had to pump the tyres back up and refit the wheels. I then had to return back to the garage the following day.

Great service & super value!
Once again Protyre (Yeovil Lynx) came up trumps. After I had discovered a slow puncture over Christmas, I went into Protyre first thing on Saturday 27th. Even though they were busy, all of the staff that I spoke to were polite and helpful.
They weren't able to look at it straight away but booked me in for 11:30 with a rider that they might be able to do it sooner.
I went away for about an hour and a half to run some errands and returned at about 10:30. It seemed like I was only waiting for a few minutes when my name was called.
On examination, a screw was found embedded in the tyre, fortunately it was located mid-tread so a puncture repair was possible.
The whole job was completed very quickly and I was home by 11:30.
It was only later, when the invoice was delivered to my phone, that I saw the attached report — it contained a full status, not only of all four tyres but including the current state of all brake discs and pads ...... and the cost was under £30!
