I've just lost £60 returning a £250 item, but I'd rather take the hit than have to look at the item.
The item, a wooden wall panel was a work of art as advertised and what I received was an shoddy replica. Entirely different wood (forget colour - the wood looked like scrap), half the amount of detail (therefore work gone into) in the piece. Looks like they put in just enough work to make it passable as the same product. The build quality was just offensive: large gaps between panels through which you could see the glue.
Do yourselves a favour and never buy anything this risky and expensive without seeing it first - they could send you anything it seems. And if you're dead set on taking the risk fully read this company's returns policy which states you have to pay for postage.

I just love dealing with this company. I love the furniture and I love the customer service. This was my second order, on each occasion the delivery driver unpacked and help put the furniture in place - what more may you ask for. :-)

Nothing but praise for the way Puji handled my order subsequent cancellation and refund no complaints whatsoever.

I had never come across this company before but whilst searching for a specific clock I stumbled across their website.
First off it was the cheapest place I had seen the clock. Secondly it was in stock unlike several othe websites we had viewed. Thirdly, there was an additional discount for signing up, so that was a bonus!
We made the decision to buy and placed the order online.
I forgot to add the discount code at check out, but one quick phone call later and their customer service had rectified my error.
We received emails and texts notifying when our order would be delivered and as promised it arrive a couple of days later. We received a text with a one hour time slot for delivery so no needless waiting around either.
All in all very pleased with the service and product.

We love the product we bought (grey manhattan floor lamp) and it arrived in a good condition and packaged well. However, when we ordered the lamp it said it would take 1-2 weeks to arrive and it took longer than this and we didn't receive any updates over email. The information on my account was vague. I contacted company asking them to call me back and they didn't and then parcel appeared. A couple of days after the parcel arrived, I received email from Puji saying the package had been shipped and providing tracking information, which was a bit late! So I did receive the product, and loved that, but I think customer care could be improved and this will make me think twice about whether to order from Puji again.

Fast delivery, secure packaging, regular transit updates, and beautiful merchandise! The website is attractive and easy to use. I will be back, for sure.

We have brought from Puji on several occasions now including bespoke furniture. Jimmy & his team are always very relaxed and helpful and go the extra mile to help their customers. The showroom is lovely - though now tucked in a corner of a industrial estate.

Loved their website so popped along to look at their beds. Jimmy was really helpful and we were very impressed with the quality of all the furniture. We placed an order for bedroom furniture and had it delivered within the timescale initially quoted. We are really happy with our new furniture and would highly recommend Puji for quality and customer service.

My wife and I purchased a large amount of furniture from Puji. We had intended on only one or two items but the quality and the design tempted us much further than our original limit.
