Really good service and quirky products

So pleased with the armchair - fits in beautifully with our other furniture. Can't fault anything, i.e., order process, delivery, product. Would have no hesitation in recommending Puji to friends.

I was looking for a teak table and found a beautiful square table at a very good price.
The table was delivered after 3 days and looks amazing in my dining room. Very pleased.

Great individual pieces, particularly the items utilising natural materials such as tree roots etc. Friendly and helpful owners.

I'm in love with my new cupboard!
Puji kept me updated on the order processing, called me about the delivery. The driver was pleasant and super-helpful...my cupboard was so well protected, I felt like I was opening a present.

Not only is their stuff gorgeous, but the customer service is top class! We purchased a dining table, two benches and two dining chars. We keep Hosting dinner parties just so we can show it off! It has made my dining area look stunning.
We had a problem with on of our chairs as it was a bit wobbly. They came and collected it and it was back with me within a few days all fixed!
I thoroughly recommend Puji and will definitely be going back!

Tv stand was lovely however only gave three stars as item was not delivered on time and it would have been helpful if we got a txt, call or e-mail now and again instead of me chasing it up. Could be more customer focused

Lovely lamp. Exactly as described. Service was fast and efficient. I was initially sent the wrong lamp but this was collected and replaced the next day :-)

Beautiful items on website. Ordered a lovely clock for our new decor. Sadly doesn't work but Puji gladly agreed to send a new clock for simultaneous exchange. This hasn't gone to plan. Unfortunately I didn't know when this was happening and was caught off guard without the clock boxed. They delivery company they use promised to come back. Another week went by and I contacted Puji to explain I hadn't heard anything. Another few days and nothing. Finally I had an email to say the new clock was back with them after failed attempts to deliver, and no offering to solve this issue further. I appreciate their frustration, but I can't help not being home if I don't know when it is coming....? I have asked for a refund and not heard anything. Very disappointed and stuck with an item I can't use.

The only reason is only four stars rather than five was due to high courier charges delivering to Jersey.

Ordered two large chests of drawers and a media unit. Impressed with the quality of the furniture and the speed of delivery. All very good.

The item I bought was very good but not actually available when advertised and took 5 weeks to arrive. Unlike other on-line companies no customer service staff were available for the 4 days of the Easter break. However, customer service was excellent when available. Finally they do not provide courier tracking data so it is impossible to determine exactly when the item will arrive. They could do much better.
