It is way too small! According to your size chart I should have gotten the size I ordered. However, trying it on, I would need a size 18 to fit my bust.

How do I send it back?

Pulludy talks about have good customer service, they don't. Bought over $200 of clothing through online feed, it looks good but they are not. Out of the 6 items I bought, only 1 I really liked. The rest were not only cheap material and looks nothing like the pictures, I wanted to return them for thst reason plus it was too small. They did respond to my email, only to offer a $30-$50 refund and keep the merchandise. I didn't want that, but I do not want to fight this (China) company, I finally just said I will take the $50 refund, we will see if they actually even do that! I always said I am not going to buy from companies like this because there are many just like Pulludy! No, for real, I will not buy from them anymore and stick to Macy's sales or Amazon or retail stores that I can just go there and return.

Firstly I waited long for the delivery and the day they arrived notified Pulludy that they do not fit my usual size nor the size recommended according to size. I have never been a size 8 so purchased 4-6 which should be perfect and the dresses are too tight fitting. Quality of fabric is not good either, and
the seam on one of the dresses was not even sewn in one part.
I wanted to return them but was offered $30 which I refused but in frustration accepted $50. Having paid $79.98 I am out of pocket $30 and cannot wear nor have them altered.

Battling with customer service now. Their ads say easy returns and customer service 24/7. It takes them more than a day to respond and I was just told no refunds unless there is a quality issue. Initial shipping took a long time as well. I will file a report with BBB if they do not provide a way to return something that doesn’t fit.

Terrible clothing, very small sizing & they would not let me return & no refund. Stay away for your own good.

Do not order from Pulludy. You cannot make a return. They only offer a diff size at an additional charge. And then when you agree to that, they will GHOST you!! I'm stuck with a jacket that does not fit me. Sizes run small

The tops are beautiful, well made and run true to size. Will definitely buy more tops/blouses from them.

I am very disappointed with the jacket I ordered. The waist falls under my armpits. It is very poorly made.

Horrible! I have tried to get a refund for jacket that does not fit for over 4 months. They keep telling me my order has not arrive yet, even though pictures have been sent twice. All contact is only electronic. I will never buy from them again and I would suggest no one else does either!

I ordered a jacket Dec 6,2023 for a Christmas gift. It never came when the email said it would. I emailed the company several times claiming it would be delivered that week the email was sent. I finally got an email in January telling me they needed to order material to make the jacket. When I finally received it, it was a size smaller than stated on website. I have emailed the company to see what we can do now to exchange it. At this time I have not heard back from them. I will never order from this company!!! Bad service!!!

Not able to contact Company direct so no possible to talk to them, even using a bot.

I purchased matching pajamas for my daughters and I. The description stated it was cotton, however, this was not cotton at all. It felt like cheap, scratchy wool! I reached out to them to return the entire order, and they said they would not give me a refund.
The only way to return something is to email the service department to obtain a return label. I sent several emails after my initial one, and have heard nothing!
Also, they do not have any labels on the clothing with the fiber content, so what is described online, is not what you’re sent.
Will never order again!

Clothes and boots true to size. Looked great.

This is a scam company and most likely so are the companies claiming to be from north caroline. Every time ive sent an email, text or click on request refund all return not valid. How can these companies continue to do business here and get a four star rating????😡
