Die Anzüge haben jetzt schon mehrere Male Karneval durchgehalten, lassen sich in der Waschmaschine waschen und halten sogar noch richtig warm. Wir sind wirklich zufrieden. Schöne Details und auf Wunsch sogar komplett individualisierbar.
Der Versand damals ging wirklich schnell. Hatten mit Express bestellt und die sind per UPS Express problemlos binnen einer Woche angekommen. Einmal etwas mehr Geld auszugeben, hat sich echt gelohnt.

I wanted to order the redbull 2025 suit and did it through the custom image upload and was told that everything would be 100% accurate to the image and the team will know how to exactly do it. I got the suit and it was good material and fit well, however, the Tag Heuer Logo was completely incorrect to the 2025 suit and I wanted a solution, after a long time of waiting and doing everything I can for a response I finally got one from whatsapp. They offered a solution which was another suit with my personalization but I did not want another red bull suit because they said the logo doesn’t change it’s always like that, which is just inaccurate if you are looking for the 2025 Redbull F1 suit. They offered a different team’s suit and told me to wait till after halloween. I got a email on october 28th that the suit will be dispatched soon and I have yet to hear any updates. On whatsapp I asked about it and have yet to hear back after reminding many times, it is November 13th and still no response or update. If you are looking for true fast response times, you should look elsewhere, and if you are looking for the true 2025 Redbull F1 suit, you won’t find it here because the Tag Heuer logo is wrong, it is a old old logo from a long time ago that Redbull dropped long ago. The lack of responses and updates is truly a awful experience. They were not transparent on a solution until going back and forth and have yet to receive my new suit or a response. Truly hoped for a better experience.

update: New suit was sent and is good enough, quality is good but having to go through hoops isn’t worth the money sometimes, they have good suits just hit or miss on communication if you run into problems, but I do not recommend the custom f1 suits.

The quality of the race suit is very good, I got a custom one and even still it’s almost exactly as the real suit I wanted it based off. The customer service is what gives them the 5 stars though, I had issues with my order yet they helped and sorted things exactly how I asked and quickly too. I’d definitely recommend to others

UPDATE: I am changing my star from 1 star to 5 as their customer service contacted me and was very understanding and made the situation as right as they could. My teen is still unable to wear the costume as it isn't here, but I am satisfied with their customer service's attempts to make it right.

Ordered a suit on October 14th. The website said anything ordered after October 17 would not be delivered in time for Halloween. So I should have the costume... right?? Nope Wrong. I reached out last week to see if I could get shipping information or an ETA for when to expect the costume. Was told that most deliveries happen within 14 business days... here it is October 30th and NO shipping notice NO nothing... The one year my Teen actually asks to dress up, and he cant now because the costume is in limbo. Please note I ordered BEFORE 10/17 so I should have received it BEFORE HALLOWEEN... so as of right now its 1 star.

Ryan and the team at Pulse did an amazing job getting my F1 suit ready and shipped to me in time for my event. I let them know about the urgency and ordered a month in advance and they did not disappoint. The material is sturdy and well-fitting. I ordered a size up (I am an XL so i ordered 2XL) and it fit well.
They told me it would ship before the 25th and it came that following Monday before Halloween! Thanks guys!

I ordered my suit over 6 weeks ago and they decided to cancel my order because it got stuck in customs for 5 weeks.
