Viewed a car on line,called at purecars to view the car first impressions was wow this looks a professional set up,you never know how WRONG you can be.. I've been buying cars from dealers for 40 years i can honestly say these people, this company are by far the most rude, inconsiderate people I've ever at to deal with.... can't do enough for you when you buying the car.Trust me any problems you encounter with the car you are totally on your own,so ignorant an amateurish,bunch of thieves an comment... purchase car September 2023 ,full warranty purchased, 6 months had a problem with filter car went into limp mode,took car back to purecars," no problem sir leave it with us 100% car will be sorted,reply OK thats fine,went back 4 days later car still sat there nobody bothered with it,asked for a courtesy was told no chance we haven't got none lol,was told you need to take to land rover specialist in Birstall Leeds,remembering car was in limp mode, cost me £200 to transport car to specialist on a r trailer no help whatsoever from purecars,got to Birstall to be told can get to work on your car for another week or so,any chance of a courtesy car to be told no,contacted purecars again to explain situation, they said its not our problem you've had car 6 months, paid a lot of serious money for this car an the way I've been treat is absolutely appalling,also spoke an met other customer's from purecars an the incidents an way they have been treat is beyond belief,people work darn hard for there money an purchase a car from these conmen and place there money an trust in them only to be totally ridiculed by them,they get your money an throw you under the bus,my situation is,no transport for 2-3 week having to now hire a car for however how long..PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep well away from this company an take your hard earned money an spend it with a caring,considerate, professionally run,that respects you and your basic human rights to proper and equal and fair service..be because 100% can assure you won't receive from these cowboys and thieves...

Great value for money and great help from Jake and Jasmin bought a rangerover sport Autobiography 2017 plate, great spec and good value for money. I asked them to redo the alloys which they did aswell as putting new tyre on. Car cleaned and buffed up when I went to collect.. I'll be back again in a few years ,to see what they have available..

The worst car buying experience I’ve ever had in 35y of buying cars. They lie, and lie and lie! The Tesla I collected had a known fault which they assured me would be repaired at their expense at a garage local to me. After more than 30 phone calls and constantly being told the repair would be done, 3-months later and still nothing! I sent them an invoice from my local Tesla approved garage and they said it had been agreed and they would pay the garage and the repair could go ahead. Still nothing. They are the worst car salesmen and showroom in the UK. Do NOT buy a car from these people, unless you want to be ignored over and over again. Do your research and go elsewhere. There are thousands of cars and only one you! Remember that!!! Save your money and frustration and go to a reputable dealer. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Just called in on the off chance to view a car I had seen advertised online, along came the salesman, D’arcy, introduced himself and seemed very pleasant, offered me a coffee and and all that
So we took the car for a test drive and I liked the car, got back to the showroom and this is when it starts to go downhill, D’arcy and his manager, Brad turned on the hard sell tactics and practically tried to blackmail me into leaving a deposit on the car, I asked them what they were prepared to give me for our part exchange car, Brad’s reply was, "if you don’t leave a £500 deposit then I’m not going to give you a price"
I was pretty gobsmacked by his attitude and arrogance, so I got up and walked out, shortly after I left, I had several calls coming through on my mobile, I didn’t answer them as I knew it was their number
I went back the next day, and again asked them for a price on the part ex, Brad tried to sell me a warranty in order to get the agreed price I wanted, he told me it was the best warranty company going and it was a really good deal, I asked him for the name of the warranty company so I could check their reviews, the company had 12 good reviews and 88 bad reviews, i showed him this and he stuttered "you must be looking at the wrong company" and made excuse after excuse. I declined the warranty we eventually got to a figure I was happy with and did the deal
I told the D’arcy that there was a couple of things that I wanted doing on the car, as the wheels were slightly scuffed and one of the tyres was very low on tread, he assured me this would all be done, and said any tyres that don’t have twice the legal limit will be replaced.

So on collection day, I arrive to see the car parked in the very same place that I left it after the test drive, and none of the work was done, I went in and told D’arcy that I was not accepting the vehicle in its current state
He told me this will be sorted, so I waited for 3 hours and it still wasn’t ready, I had to leave as I had to get to work
D’arcy phoned me later in the day to apologise and asked me what he could do to put this right, I asked him for a £250 refund to cover my time and insurance admin etc, they offered a pathetic £100, I had to fight tooth and nail to get this £100 and got given excuses and lies, they want you to get fed up and give up chasing and assume you’ll just get fed up and go away,
Top and bottom of it is, the sales staff and management are lying and manipulative, once you’ve driven that car off the forecourt you cease to exist
Would I buy from here again, absolutely not!!!

PureCars showroom is state of the art, very impressive.

We drove over 200 miles to see the car, was it worth it? Absolutely! Love my new white BMW 420i M Sport.

James Mallison in the After Sales/Service Team was very professional and provided excellent customer service.Great attention to detail.

Would I drive that far again to the showroom to buy another car from PureCars? Absolutely!
