Well I don't understand why people are writing so many bad reviews about Pure Casino I think it was a Pretty decent casino, customer service was okay too they were great help I had won a bonus coupon of $25 with no deposit and I played it out and I won but I was only able to get a hundred out of the thousand that I made..I had to verify my documents and I got approved I had to wait about a month before I was able to get my withdrawal but yes I finally got my money... I'm so happy with Pure casino and I will play again..

Where to start!!! Well it took a whole month (08May22) is when I submitted my request for withdrawal and approval for my winnings! Welp waited the 18 business days as I was told by customer service… today makes 31 days/ a month and 23 business days! I just now got word 09Jun22 I will not be receiving my winnings because I did not deposit within the 30days of using my free spins!
