Amazing, clean and huge.
It's a big gym with enough machines, a studio for classes and clean and tidy changing rooms.
Can be crowded in peak times but there's still space on the cycles and treadmills and even with the weights.
The best thing is that it is mostly clean and tidy and the app covers everything.

absolutely horrible
absolutely horrible! went there and the first thing i saw was a little kid throwing up! its a gym! don't let kids in. all these wannabe steroid users that still need to pass their S1 tests keep bombarding the gym! have some decency. the man and told him his kids name. watch out for aaron carpenter cause he might give you a sick bug! dont ever come back here again unless you want chlymidia from the bench press!

This is not anything the gym management team had been aware of. It would really help us if you could get in touch directly with the Gym Manager to provide more information (such as date and time or names etc.) so this can be properly investigated. We continue to ask, as we always have, that members bring a sweat towel with them to wipe equipment. Outside of this, our gyms have full cleaning schedules. Great Gym and classes
Great Gym and location i recently joined classes, Alexis cross is brilliant and great with training, knows a lot about the field and a great instructor! Having said this she’s very inspirational and motivational and when it comes to work she ensures we do our best and more! Looking forward to the next class

I had the pleasure of training with…
I had the pleasure of training with Alexis Cross before and what a great addition to the gym I am sure she is going to be. Alexis is kind, listens to you and makes you feel at ease from the first moment. I trained with Alexis to gain flexibility, work on my shoulders, arms and abdomen. I can say that she's great and would recommend her to anyone.

Thankyou Alexis Cross at Fort kinnaird. I was totally new to the gym , I'm in my 50s - I was looking for guidance on training to improve mobility, and feel healthier . I went to one of Alexis classes and I found her so helpful and motivational . Two weeks later I booked 3 sessions with her and its helped me more than I would believe. Definitely recommend xx

Personal Training with Alexis Cross
I had an amazing Training Session with Alexis Cross. I have tried several different personal Trainers but none have been as experienced as she is. I'm seeing results & also loving my workouts with her ! Would highly recommend her.

Puregym visit
Gym equipment good, staff friendly but changing rooms really need to be regularly cleaned throughout the day especially the showers as they were not in a fit sate to use! The 3 stars are due to cleanliness. The increase in gym fees should mean that this should not be happening.

Price confusion
After I joined the material and information received has been great but there was a great deal of confusion re prices with multiple adverts for lower prices and non acceptance of discount vouchers etc. not sure how I ended up paying a joining fee and a higher monthly price than advertised

Way too busy at all times
Way too busy at all times, far too many people texting while using machines, feels like going back to high school average age is 15. Do you even check the ages of the people using the gym?
Staff just standing around texting zero motivation. All in all I’ll look for another gym this one is awful.

Where possible, we ask that members share equipment between sets, to ensure that all members are able to get the most out of their workout. Although sometimes this isn't possible, we do ask that other members are taken into consideration when taking breaks between sets.
Staff do have the right to ID anyone they believe to be under the age of 16. If you have any concerns, we would advise raising these with the Gym Team/Manager who will be happy to investigate further.

Joining fee issue.
Hello. The process itself was quite easy and only took few minutes, however I used code for no joining fee in May that was at the top of your website but it showed expired. Can you manually fix this issue as I had to pay full price.

Class music too loud've coming to this…
Class music too loud've coming to this gym since May 2018 and its a good gym however, occasionally they get staff in who start taking classes and seem to think the louder the music the better. The class taken today 22nd April 2025 at 5.30pm was jyst ridiculous. I couldn't even gear my own music in my earbuds. I spoke to the guy taking the class but he just ignored my request to reduce it a small amount. We all pay to ge here and its not all about one guy with big ego

Hygiene needs to be enforced here
Machines were of a good quality. Hygiene needs to be improved. Many people moving from machine to machine without washing them down after use.

We pump over 2,000 litres of fresh air into our gyms every second though our ventilation systems. This helps to dilute airborne virus particles and ensure members have clean fresh air to workout.
Our gyms are also cleaned every night with high-grade anti-viral disinfectant. The team also clean every piece of kit and surface throughout the day, from dumbbells to treadmills and everything in between, so you can train with confidence.
We've also installed new self-cleaning stations so you can clean your kit before and after use, for added peace of mind. Cleaning stations are located in all key areas of the gym to make it as easy as possible. Thanks, PureGym.
