When I booked online it told me clearly…
When I booked online it told me clearly that I would have access to two other gyms near me, but when I had paid those gyms disappeared from the list. Really frustrating experience!!

I’m giving this gym 2 stars only because the trainers are amazing and genuinely kind people. Unfortunately, everything else has been disappointing. The gym is overcrowded, with too few machines for the number of members. It’s often stuffy and poorly ventilated, and the place tends to smell unpleasant. People frequently hover, asking when you’ll finish your sets, which makes training uncomfortable. It also feels unsafe at times, some members practice boxing right next to others in crowded areas. Many people occupy machines for long periods while chatting or scrolling on their phones, treating the gym more like a social hangout than a workout space.

Hi Maria - Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we are sorry to see this is 2 stars. Our staff work hard to provide great service, and your feedback means a lot. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we are unable to monitor the usage of phones in our gyms, however if people are sitting on equipment we would advise approaching a member of staff on the floor who will be able to look into this at the time. Our gyms are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym. If you do have any concerns, please let a member of the team know at the time and they will always be happy to look into this. Thanks, PureGym

Too small basically no access to the…
Too small basically no access to the mats and stretching section to warm up because there’s always a class very minimal equipment such as benches etc but nice and discreet
