My local branch is quite well design and equipped just wish it was a little bigger and a few more treadmills would be nice.

It is a really good
It is a really good gym has had everything I need but I feel like something they should put in to improve it is a bag (boxing/kickboxing). As I feel like it would make it a lot easier for some like me.

The majority of the equipment in our gyms are standardised but some gyms will have slightly different equipment for various reasons. though boxing bags are not standard in any of our gyms, we are always looking to improve our facilities; we appreciate the point raised and we’ll look into this! SCOTT, THE GYM MANAGER, GAVE ME SOME VERY DETAILED AND SPECIFIC DIETARY ADVICE, WHICH I HAVE CAREFULLY FOLLOWED AND THE RESULTS HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT. I AM NOW BACK TO MY NORMAL WEIGHT AND FRANKLY STRONGER AND MORE TONED.
HE IS ALWAYS BUSY IN THE GYM, TIDYING, ORGANISING AND SANITISING ALL THE EQUIPMENT. AND IT IS A PLEASURE TALKING WITH HIM.
I HAVE VISITED MANY OF YOUR LOCATIONS IN THE UK BUT I WOULD FIND IT DIFFICULT TO FIND A BETTER RUN GYM THAN THE ONE IN SWANLEY.
THIS GUY IS SPECIAL - MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AFTER HIM WELL!

Swanley Swanley puregym has given me confidence…
Swanley puregym has given me confidence to start gym again and not as daunting as I thought. Jess personal trainer was fantastic in starting the confidence experience and starting to feel good about myself again!

Paying for a gym I can’t use…
Bad experience so far! Joined in mid December as the gym was due to open on 20th December. 2 weeks later and the gym still hasn’t opened yet and they’ve already taken my first payment! They’ve now changed the opening date to early 2025 - who knows when that will be! I’m effectively paying for a gym I can’t use!

Disappointed
Very disappointed I joined I gym hoping to train before Christmas and the gym’s still not open. There was other gyms around offering membership deals that I missed because of being waiting to this gym to open.
This week I’ll cancel my membership.

The opening date has been pushed back again and no date has been given!!!! You have taken my money and the gym is not even open yet !!!!! I want the promotion rate to be extended!!!!
