Good service, delivered results after all else had failed, have good advice and did a free follow-up

We have had a recurring mould issue in our bathroom and got help from Terry Ayles. Terry did a great job addressing the issue and gave us some tips for looking after the bathroom. We are very happy with the service provided and we would recommend this service to others.

Would recommend, despite communications problems initially.
Earlier this week Joe from pure maintenance came to my property to carry out the testing and analysis and mould removal. He arrived on time, with clear communication the couple of days before with what we needed to do before the visit and during and explained everything on the morning of. He gave me a follow up call mid-morning and was very helpful when the work was done with recommendations and ways to keep the mould away.

The reason for 4 stars is the intial contact wasn't great. I scheduled a call through the website, and was even sent a reminder from the contact an hour before. I then sat there on the call waiting for almost half an hr with no response or contact. When I followed up on this I was told it was because I left no mobile number, but it was an online "teams" type call I had booked for a specific time. It felt a bit dismissive when I explained my frustration.

Despite this everything else has been great. I received the report back later the same day, and am just waiting for the analysis to come back next week.

Please note that we were told that our guarantee would only be valid for 12 months if we did certain things. Which we are happy to do as it will help keep the issue at bay (hopefully). However, it is detailed in the small print that if you redecorate in any way that the guarantee will be void. So take care to read the small print around this and don't just assume. This wasn't necessarily an issue for us but I know it might catch some people out.

Great communication! Job well done. These guys are passionate about healthy indoor air! So many health issues can be contributed to mould. Most households these days have mould issues. I can definitely feel the air quality post treatment ! Thank you!

Pure Maintenance is an amazing company! It's a service non-equalled in the UK. The technology to remove mould and deactivate the mycotoxins is second to none. The staff are all professional, helpful, friendly, accommodating and most important in this field, understanding. I have had a topnotch experience. The technician who came, Keegann, was friendly, polite and extremely helpful. I suffer from mould illness when exposed to mould and discovered my toilet had a leak, which is why I had been experiencing aches and pains everywhere and insomnia. The treatment always helps clear the symptoms so I know it works and I breathe a lot easier again. The results speak for themselves, as the lab reports came back with a 99.9% reduction in mould. I am extremely pleased with the results!

Pure Maintenance were able to provide an appointment very quickly. The pre-treatment information is thorough as is the post-treatment report. The service provided was seamlessly and they were able to provide a lot of information to my tenant on what not to do in order to keep the damp at bay.

Terry the technician was professional from start to finished informative throughput the day, his workmanship was first class and myself and wife were extremely happy with the job/service .

This is truly one of the best companies out there. They truly saved my life and loads of money that I would have spent healing from mould toxicity. Sam the owner was incredible at giving me so much of his time and understanding my situation and my concerns. He gave me advice and is so experienced having experienced mould toxicity himself. Keagann who came to remediate the house and my car was amazing and caring and advised and pointed out mould issues in our home, a damp wall and more. After the remediation we had so much relief and our symptoms cleared up. We have continued to take their advice on keeping the mould away forever. Pure Maintenance could not have been more professional from start to finish. Service on the phone was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and informed, and we were booked in extremely quickly. Our Technician Sam doubled down on this approach and was exactly what you hope for from a specialist, able to advise in every possible area, with a calm and pragmatic approach that immediately built trust and confidence. He also went the extra mile in providing guidance for dehumidifiers which we used to help ensure we maintain appropriate humidity in our home ongoing, to prevent further issues arising in future. The report on spore counts before and after treatment clearly demonstrated the effectiveness of the solution, and the warranty put in place is helpful reassurance. Thank you Sam and Pure, we could not reccomend you more.

I had a very positive experience with this company. Tim, in the office, was extremely helpful, and on the day of the work Matt, my technician, explained everything in so much detail, was very friendly, and clearly is very enthusiastic about the work he does, and was very meticulous in ensuring that he completed the job to his and my total satisfaction. I am very happy with the outcome!

Sam was super professional and explained everything about the treatment and process. He worked hard for several hours and left the place as it was. The report was very thorough. Overall, Sam and the treatment were first class.

I had the full house Pure Maintenance treatment just over a week ago and would highly recommend it to anyone. Richard the technician on the day was fabulous. He was very patient with my questions, took me through everything in lots of detail and was very respectful of the house. He delivered an excellent service. I got lots of advice on how to keep my house mold free and it has made such a difference. Tim at the office was super helpful before my appointment, and Philipp was incredibly helpful providing advice on dehumidifiers and steps I can take to keep my home healthy. Excellent service. Process was explained thoroughly with email and pre-contact call the day before the fogging took place. The representative carefully listened to me and answered all my questions which helped to alleviate my anxiety. At my premises the representative was polite and respectful and carried out the process in an efficient and professional manner.

I liked that the laboratory used is an independent one.
