I am raising serious concerns about my recent experience at this store, particularly regarding the absence of any clear or accessible process for customers to provide feedback or raise issues.

When I attempted to do so politely in-store, the situation was escalated unnecessarily rather than handled in a professional and constructive manner. This response was disproportionate and created an environment in which I felt unable to express a legitimate concern.

I was left with a clear impression that I was treated less favourably than other customers present, which raises significant concerns about fairness, consistency, and whether bias may have influenced how I was approached and managed.

Equally concerning is the apparent lack of accountability, both at store level and more broadly, in how customer concerns are received and addressed. A business should not operate in a way that discourages or suppresses reasonable customer feedback.

I strongly urge the company to review its in-store practices, staff training, and oversight mechanisms to ensure that all customers are treated with respect, and that concerns can be raised without fear of escalation.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this store.

It's great that I was able to buy a mini version of the moisturiser I wanted to try, which was only available at Pureseoul. My skin is very reactive and I often end up wasting money on full sized products. The service was great and delivery was fast.

I placed the order on the 3rd of March and it was the 17th and I still didn’t receive it, when I emailed the customer care team it took 4 emails before someone replied to me. Only then they realised the parcel had gone missing and reissue another parcel. But for the wait and the constant contact I had to make for them to inform me was ridiculous and I asked how they will compensate me but ignored when asked and said the item had been reissued very poor customer service

Parcels are sent quickly. The products are great. And they always add a hand written message which I always find touching. Keep doing what you are doing!

The order came very fast, and the products were really good and legit ! Very happy, will buy again.

The staff is super helpful and super nice, love the vibe of the shop.
