Love my sneakers! I loved the packaging and stickers inside, attention to detail is really important. The wait was a little longer than expected but my order came as expected.

Refund process grossly unfair. My package got returned to sender because i wasn't home (even though I gave permission to leave at the door). They didn't care what happened or that it wasn't my fault. The refund was less delivery (no way to address problems with delivery either) and less "processing fee".
Spent $177 only got $135 back....in a gift card, not cash. Wasn't made aware I wouldn't be getting cash refund, they just surprised me with the gift card which I have to spend on the website....which I now no longer trust. VERY VERY VERY BAD customer service and post sale support. Never again. 😭

I placed an order (#PPL899120992) on 27 June 2025 for $338 and never received my item. I was later told the courier lost the package. Despite completing the store credit form Pushas sent, I still haven’t received either my product or a refund.

Under Australian Consumer Law, I am entitled to a full refund to my original payment method, not just store credit. I have contacted Pushas multiple times but have not received a resolution.

Very disappointing experience — I hope Pushas improves its customer service and refund process, as buyers should not be left out of pocket when orders are not delivered.

SCAMMERS!
I ordered from Pushas and they claimed that they couldn’t deliver the item and that they are still waiting for the item to be returned to them. They claim they will resend the order to me once they receive the item, but I email them constantly asking for an update or a tracking number, but they do not reply to my emails. They replied at first with a generic response saying that they do not give refunds, and that they would resend the order once it is returned to them. After several emails asking them to tell me if they have received the item, now they don’t even bother to reply to my mails or give any kind of update. They are complete scammers, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I would not even give them 1 star. I purchased a labubu from them which took months (and cost $85!!!!) to arrive and then when it did they had sent the incorrect item. I have emailed them and reached out constantly for the past month since receiving it and they have not helped at all. They are now ignoring my emails completely and several months later I am left with an item that I didn’t even order or want.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they are scammers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM PUSHAS! This shop is an absolute joke! I placed an order of over $500 worth of items. They continued to claimed to be authenticating these items for over a month! I was constantly emailing customer service with such generic responses from them. Pathetic customer service. I will never recommend or purchase through them again!

STAY AWAY
Horrible company, unfulfilled orders for months, email back and forth countless times with no real answer. They only want to compromise when they get hit with a chargeback from my bank. Joke of a store

Got scammed by the Pushas. Failed to deliver my item and ignored my emails asking for a resolution.

My name is amardee singh, I ordered through pushas pair of Jordan They are shit don’t use it,I ordered on 6 of july have been emailing them from last 15 days no response to emails ,no confirmation email of my order no communication from them don’t use them ,they are worst service provider
It costed me 4000 bucks and still nonidea about my order so frustrating and disappointing and disgusting pushas

Placed an order 2 weeks ago spending nearly $1500. No sign of order being shipped. No response from either online chat on their website or from their help e-mail address for follow up with order. Last e-mail received stated it was on its way to their
Authenticity Centre. Get the feeling I have been scammed out of nearly $1500
