When I arrived after 7am the gates were completely shut couple other cars pulled in behind me with drivers also looking confused
Anyway, as I was doing the half marathon I had to park elsewhere (which was free as ir happens)
Tried ringing q Park this morning and afternoon. No response.
Thier chatbot was useless. I asked to be transferred to huma it did, but the human doesn't respond. Tried filling out their refund request form but it asks for unnecessary info for refund like bank details. And also requires you to upload an image but doesn't say what image....
Great, so paid for parking for car park that's closed and now can't get refund due to non existent customer service.

was there today and I payed by my phone and took payment but never got the card back to exit, I pressed for help and the bloke said it was a ghost payment and I told hold many times payment was taking from my bank he didn’t care , payed cash to get ticket back ,, still saying payed in my bank

Not great customer service when trying to cancel parking, agent on the phone told me different information to the email I received when trying to cancel. I found them very unhelpful and sharp on the emails.

Broken into: my car was broken into at Q Parks parking facility in Fleet Street. Little or no help from staff. Furthermore I was informed by other there that more cars had been broken into. This apparently happens on a regular basis. Worst facility and experience.
An absolute nightmare!
An absolute nightmare!! NEVER BOOK
Booked Q-park Dublin four courts between 2pm and 1am. When returning to my car at 23:30 the gates were locked and the pedestrian entrance was manually locked. When ringing for assistance the worker stated they are based in Leeds and there is nothing they can do and that we will have to wait until 7am in the morning. This was leaving us stranded. What is worse is that I wasn’t the only one in this predicament- 10 individuals in 4 separate cars all left stranded. There was a number to ring for an out of hours call out- which was €100 however when staff member Victor Anton arrived he demanded €100 per car even though he only had been called out ONCE. This is both unwarranted and outrageous. According to Q-Park’s own website, the fee is based on per call-out, not per vehicle. Yet, we, along with three other cars (totalling 10 individuals), were coerced into this extortionate fee under the pretext of an unclear and inconsistently communicated policy. We were left helpless for 30 minutes awaiting Victor’s arrival, despite his prior assurance of a mere 5-minute wait. Victor Anton promised us that we would receive a refund if we emailed customer service- customer service have been terrible stating since the closing times have been displayed on their website that there is nothing they can do. However we all had bookings outside of the opening times why did the website let us book this? And we have email confirmation stating “you can enter and exit the car park as many times as you like between your booked times”. This is clearly false information!!! Further more when I asked for my complaint to be escalated I got a reply giving me the opening times of a car park based in Liverpool! This whole customer service experience has felt impersonal, generic and as if they just copy and paste every reply to customers. This experience caused significant emotional distress among all parties present and has eroded any trust I previously had in Q-Park. The utter lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for customer welfare displayed by both your company and its representative is utterly unacceptable. The distress and frustration resulting from this incident have been overwhelming.

Terrible experience at Q-Park Four Courts. I prepaid until 23:30, but the car park was locked at 21:00 with no warning. Staff demanded a €100 ticket which later was informed it was a “call-out fee,” telling me it was refundable — but it wasn’t. To make matters worse, Q-Park only added the closing-time warning to their official Q-park website ( where I made the booking) after my complaint. Extremely poor service, very unfair to customers, and I will be escalating this further for misleading practices.

I made the stupid mistake of prebooking 1am to 6am instead of 1pm to 6pm. The man working at the bord gais theatre parking yesterday (sat 9th of august) was an absolute gent and helped me alot. And reassured me hed be there later that day to help when i was leaving too. He remembered me when I was leaving and was still in good form and helpful :) great experience to have, since it's often the opposite, in a world where businesses try gouge you for simple mistakes. Great to expereince empathy and understanding. Thanks again :)

You should be ashamed of yourself. First i spent 15 minut trying to find a spot because drivers dont respect one way organisation and most of the spots you have are reserved so we had to go to the 3rd floor and then you DARE to charge us for it? It came to 1h3 minutes and you dont care?

Orderd unlimited monthly season parking, filled up direct debit form as instructed but on the second month, it wasnt extended automatically. My history is showing overrun amount of close to €100. Emailed to check with them, for some reason finance didnt receive the completed form (system issue). They asked me to fill up order form and dd form again, i filled it up. Someone was supposed to contact me for payment but in the end no one contacted me so i was charged with additional €€€ on top of that. Requested them to refund me but they said i have to pay since finance didnt receive, how am i supposed to know when the finance will receive what and how?
AVOID – Theft … and possible fraud > BE AWARE !!!
Double charged my credit card and refused to answer my calls and emails.
From talking to the staff at the hotel where I was staying (nearby), it seems this is not the first time this has happened.
Ended up having to get my credit card company involved, who reimbursed me.
**** In addition, a few weeks later, my credit card company contacted me today (13/05/25) to let me know that there had been some suspicious activity on my account. Now, I’m not saying it’s related – however, throughout my entire life I’ve (luckily) never experienced any previous financial fraudulent attacks.
Decent service, unpleasant season ticket cancellation
Used Q-Park Grand Parade, Cork. I had a season ticket because I was parking in the city semi-regularly to get to the office. I wanted to cancel my season ticket since I would be cycling more (for the summer sun!), but apparently you have to give one month's notice, so even though I'm cycling into work now, I still have to pay for the month.
To be fair to them, the parking facility is fine, and I would've been happy to come back once autumn/winter kicked in again, but this surprise, although it was my fault (for not reading the terms and conditions), just leaves a bad taste, so I won't be going back to Q-Park again. Plenty other parking facilities nearby that don't cost a fortune for pay-as-you-go parking

On 19th February I pre booked my car into Setanta Car park for 3 hours - when I returned to my car 3 hours later to find it had been ransacked and valuables stolen - as I could only enter and leave car park through closed shutters I can only assume that this was an ‘inside job’ as car park was kept locked and no cctv could be supplied to me. I have since heard that these robberies happen very regularly- they would not answer my calls or no explanation or apology was give to me - do not use this car park and it is totally unsafe and unprotected with what I can only assume has dishonest employees policing it

Absolute disaster, 2025 and the car parcs entrances are still being built so narrow, wake up qcar park, a vw passat berley fits through your entrances, disgraceful design, only fit for a horse carriage, it's 21 century idiots take a look how much biger cars gotten.

7 Feb 7.50 am while sitting in my car a guy tried to open my vehicle on both doors . He also tried opening other cars . No security in car park , tried again at 12 no security tried at 4 pm no security to report the incident. Car park very unsafe. Don't walk into car park alone . Garda were informed about it and came down to investigate. Place rampant with junkies . Denmark st limerick.

use another car park. so expensive and filthy. over 10 dirty mop heads abondoned at the elevator on top floor. smell is disgusting and for the cost the place shpuld ve imaculate. cheaper parking has better service
Locked out & left stranded due to QPark incompetence
Prebooked and prepaid online for parking on 31 December. Requested parking 5.30pm to 9pm (theatre parking) but booking confirmation stated I had parking until closing at 10pm.
Arrived back to car park before 9pm to find it locked up. There was a large group of people who arrived back after the show all with cars locked in. No-one from QPark contactable. The car park did not re-open until 2 January.
The prebooking system should not have taken my booking. QPark had not bothered to adjust it to reflect the earlier than usual closing time, showing complete disregard for customers.
If there were any signs notifying the earlier closing time they were clearly completely inadequate as is evidenced by the large number of people caught out and left stranded.
Abysmal performance all round.
Poor staff
On going to Mary Poppins Sunday 29/12/24 at 1.30 parking was prepaid €43.20 after parking I asked the staff member where I was to scan my qr code He told me I would have to drive out of the car park and return in again . I said “you Joking “he said No . To get out I had to pay €7.20 to exit. he then said park . before I exited ? After the show he had an exit ticket ready for me .Why Stress People Out ? Very Poor customer service. Beware
