I've been with QA for quite a few years now and I can say that the day to day expereince has been very good, they are flexible to my needs, always repsond in a timely manner and importantly for me don't bog me down with endless admin.
On top of this they have also been absolute super heroes on one occassion where my previous accountant had made a mistake with the set up of my business and HMRC were coming after me for a significant amount of additional VAT. The issue went on for close to a year and throughout QA's support never waivered and through their persistence resulted in a positive outcome.
I would have no qualms in recommending them and have done so to friends and colleagues who run similar businesses to mine.

I have been a QA counting customer since 2015, when I started contracting. They have handled all my queries and taxes since then without a complaint. My account manager is always prompt to reply and a very patient and helpful person.

I’ve had the same accountant and only one change in client service manager in that time. Response time to resolve adhoc queries is prompt and with lots of patience where needed in helping clarify on topics. The processes for managing the standard annual activities is very well structured and communications and prompts excellent. The technology is straightforward and easy to navigate. It has been a real pleasure working with the QA team over the years and I can not recommend them highly enough.

I've been using QAccounting (formelly Qdos) since I registered my company 12 years ago. They have been flexible to adapt to my requirements throughout the years and I have been relying fully on them. I reviewed other accounting service offers recently and found that the rates of QAccounting are very competitive so I decided to stay with them.

QAccounting has been my accountant for the past 5.5 years for my Limited Company. They've helped me with formation and then running the business for that time. There are some services I no longer have them tackle (e.g. I wasn't sending out nearly enough invoices to make it worthwhile to pay them to manage that) but even there it's a positive because they have been flexible and able to add or drop specific services from my plan to fit my needs. I strongly recommend them as a partner for running a serious business.
