Very good service from Qtac-they helped me install the software; very professional. I didn't have to spend a long time waiting to be connected to the help desk. Zack was very helpful.

The small company which I assist with technology is moving (on my advice) from Brightpay and I telephoned Qtac Tech. Support to advise in installation process. There were come issues with some of the MS software configured on the company PC. Clara stuck with the fixes needed until installation was completed. Clara was not only highly competent, she was friendly and conversational. EXCELLENT

We have used QTac since it was born. Since then, this has developed into a software, I sincerely recommend it to all. The support and help that the team give is par excellence. The support team members are very understanding, patient and helpful. Recently, I dealt with Miss CLARC. The help she gave was extremely admirable.

Have been with QTAC for over 10 years, and anytime I have had to pick up the phone to sort anything the staff are always very helpful and attentive. Had help from Clara O'Callaghan today migrating to the next year, who made the process extremely easy. Georgia Hill also extremely helpful in making sure that our current plan was the most suitable for our needs.Highly recommended.

I recently renewed our licence, and Josh from the support team assisted with the installation. The whole process was flawless. I was actually running a bit behind with payroll work that day and couldn't make the original time slot we had arranged, but Josh was incredibly helpful and still managed to run the install on the same day.
What impressed me most was that the team already knew our setup from last year, so everything was done in no time - it almost felt like I blinked and the job was done.
Knowledgeable, seamless, unbelievably fast, and respectful of your time.
It's rare to come across support that works this smoothly and efficiently.
