The cake was beautiful quality cake kitchen were excellent the cake was incredible they went above and beyond with the extra cupcakes I ordered less than 24 hours before picking up the cake excellent service and everything looked andy tasted amazing thankyou.

After trying what feels like every cake company across the West Midlands I can say without hesitation that Quality Cake Company stands in a league of its own. I don’t say that lightly I’ve spent years sampling cakes for birthdays and events and just about every occasion you can think of. Nothing else even comes close anymore.
From the very first bite, you can tell there’s something different about their cakes. The texture is consistently perfect, it’s light, moist, and rich without ever feeling heavy. The balance of flavours is what really sets them apart. Whether it’s a classic vanilla sponge or something more indulgent like chocolate fudge or red velvet, every flavour tastes authentic and carefully crafted rather than overly sweet or artificial like you often find elsewhere.
What I appreciate most is the clear attention to detail. Every cake looks stunning, but it’s not just about appearance the quality runs all the way through. You don’t get that disappointing moment where a cake looks amazing on the outside but is dry or bland inside. With them, it’s the complete package every single time.
On top of that the staff are genuinely exceptional. They’re not just friendl they’re attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. They take the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for, offer helpful suggestions without being pushy, and make the whole experience feel personal and easy. You can tell they truly care about getting everything just right which makes a huge difference.
I’ve tried plenty of other well known and local bakeries around the West Midlands and none have delivered the same level of consistency, flavour, and overall quality. In fact after discovering this company everything else now feels like a compromise.
The biggest testament I can give is that I now travel over an hour just to get their cakes. That’s how good they are. When something is worth that kind of journey you know it’s special. At this point I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you’re in the West Midlands and serious about cake, save yourself the trial and error and use this company this is the place to go.

Quality Cake Company are excellent and I have ordered cakes from here several times and they are made to a fabulous standard and taste delicious. They can always accommodate whatever you like.

The cake you made and designed for my Daughters second birthday was beautiful. It tasted delicious!! Everybody commented on the delicious taste and how much detail and care was taken in creating the cake. Most importantly my daughter loved it and could not stop eating it!! Thank you again for another one of your beautiful cakes. 

Absolutely superb cakes! I have used this company twice, for our wedding cake and then for my husband’s 50th birthday. Both cakes were designed and executed perfectly. They looked amazing and they tasted delicious. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, they are very friendly, professional, creative and helpful.

Highly recommend! We had a monster truck themed birthday cake for our son’s birthday party - not only did it look show-stopping, it tasted absolutely outstanding. We were so pleasantly surprised & everyone commented on how great the cake looked and tasted.

We also had some personalised balloon stacks which were also great quality with the perfect weighting down at the bottom so we didn’t have to tie them to anything!

Well worth the money - we will definitely be using the quality cake company for any future events or occasions.

I ordered an 80th birthday cake from Quality Cake Company. All communications were done by email and the response to my emails were quick, thank you.

The cake we received were based on some quick sketches I had made and I was bowled over by how well it looked when I collected it. My dad, the recipient was more than pleased.
The cake itself was light, moist and full of flavour.

Absolutely fabulous! Easy to arrange & make my order. - My mom loved her cake for her 60th birthday. We’ve had so many compliments on it & it’s definitely the best cake we’ve ever had! Details were brilliant, taste of the cake was lovely, wasn’t dry at all unlike some cakes you get. 100% has gone into the inside as well as the outside of the cake. Will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Quality cake company were amazing from start to finish for our wedding cake. Having the cake tasting first made choosing a lot easier for us and meant we could sit and discuss what we wanted. It looked amazing on the day and we had so many compliments on the cake from all our guests. We even kept some for ourselves to take home. Would definitely use them again in the future for other events!
