Fantastic installation experience with Quickline today! Karl H arrived right on time after a helpful text update last night. He went above and beyond to hide the router perfectly behind my media wall TV. Fast, clean, and highly professional work. I cannot recommend their customer service and installation team enough. Thank you, Karl H!

A very professional engineer arrived and worked in the blazing sun / heat wave without complaint. He is knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Excellent work, manner and very clean. A real pleasure to have in our home. And yes we did give him a few cold drinks as he worked in a heat wave.

Overall quickline have been good. We had a couple of issues to begin with due to miscommunication with getting the pre installation sorted, however was promptly dealt with and resolved.

We had Dan D to do the final installation today, and not only quick as can be, but in general a nice, respectful guy, very helpful getting the cable positioned where we needed it.

Great experience with Quickline. I was kept well informed of procedures from surveying property to laying of cabling to house.
Shout out to Sam and Ryan who installed the equipment in the house. Very friendly, efficient and respectful of my home. Left everything in good order. Thanks lads.

We have been using this company as a broadband supplier (via a dish) for over a decade, since its inception with little issue or problem. We signed up for fibre broadband (a rep. came to the house and took all of the details) and immediately subsequent communication with the company became impossible. I waited 30min on the phone and gave up. I sent emails and am still awaiting a reply. An installation team came unannounced looked at the house and said they needed a 'cherry picker to do the work and left. I sent texts and emails and no reply. Eventually a team came with a ladder and did a swift and satisfactory installation. For a 'communications company, communications WITH them is nigh impossible. All 'office' staff seem to operated from home, which doesn't help. I'd say avoid, ... unless you can overcome the comms problem.

Quick, efficient, and helpful. Quickline are offering us 50x faster speed for a cheaper price. Eric Lee is absolutely brilliant, and a genuinely nice person. James Boulton who installed the broadband was very quick and efficient. Overall a great experience, saved money, and not cutting out of every meeting I have when working from home.

Even though we have a clear sign on the front door no cold calling, they keep calling. Leaflets at first then knocking on the door. We live in Theddlethorpe, Lincolnshire. Twice today 24/6/26. We were visited.

Dan.D and Kyle.A explained everything they were going to do, how it all worked, checked it was working perfectly and even fitted ‘ WiFi everywhere’ to ensure the signal was at its optimum throughout the house. Speaking to a person rather than automated. Easy and clear communication. Engineers on day, James Bolton and Martyn Warner a credit to the company.

The engineer kyle explained every step of the way and nothing was to much trouble he was very helpful indeed and cleaned up every step.
Also made sure we was happy with the install at the end which we definitely was .. many thanks kyle twell
