Gheorghe replaced my Quooker installation - he was an excellent engineer - he explained everything and talked me through the whole process. His explanations were very clear and he outlined the full installation process. I very happy with his work and his attention to detail

Our tap needed a service and we contacted Quooker by email. An appointment was set up for a date and time that an engineer would call. Paul called before the time. He was very professional and pleasant. He replaced some corroded valves. Excellent service from Quooker

First time getting a quooker service. Responsive to email queries. Service arranged swiftly. Technician was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Happy to recommend.

Had a fault occur with our tap , reduced flow and spluttering . I went through the inline trouble shooting steps and ended up booking a service call . I got a booking 2 days later. Blaine was the service engineer and had been out before for a previous issue 2 years ago. He quickly identified a fault and replaced the part while completing a full service on the unit . He was extremely clean and tidy while working and chatted away explaining what he was doing as well as life in general . Great service.

From start to finish, my experience with Quooker has been excellent. Pilar’s video call clearly explained how it works and its benefits, and the installation by Blaine was seamless. The tap itself is of high quality and works perfectly.

Overall, a truly professional service and product which I highly recommend.

Great service from Quooker and Ryan Platts - turned up on time , very efficient, and a very pleasing guy to engage with and he was very knowledgeable about the product .
If I had one issue , it was the delay in getting an appointment - if your Quooker stops working , you are really stuck , so some emergency call out option would be good .

Great experience with the team at Quooker from sales to having the tap/soap dispenser fitted. Throughout the communication from the team/engineer was excellent and delighted with the efficient service and the products.

Ryan installed a cold water filter for our Quooker tap, removed our old scale filter and serviced the tap. Ryan also gave us some recommendations on how to keep everything running smoothly and how often to get the system serviced. 10/10

We have had our Quooker tap for a number of years now and can’t imagine life without it!

The boiling water started to run slower from the tap and it was becoming dangerous as the water was splashing.

Booked a service via email and Ryan Platts came to sort it out for us. He expertly dismantled the system, cleaned and replaced parts and it’s as good as new all the while providing tips on how to look after the device and just generally being nice to talk to.

Ryan was on time and v professional. He fixed our Quooker in 5 mins and advised us what caused the isdue

Ryan Platts was on time, efficient and very clean. We explained where we wanted the under counter cylinder to meet our needs and was more than accommodating. Lovely personality. Quooker is lucky to have him on their team.

Recently, while my cold /sparkling water tank had a problem, the boiling water remained operating perfectly. I immediately contacted Quooker in Dublin and, after a few questions, it was agreed that an engineer would call. ((I was delighted as I was fed up hauling all the heavy bottles of water) Three days later Gheorghe arrived exactly on time. He was very friendly and efficient fixing my unit quickly. I really like this company and would have no problem recommending them to anyone looking at a quooker tap

We purchased our Quooker and Cube through reseller Noyeks Ltd. With our plumber not being available to install, we decided to give it a go, the step by step instructions manual, once learned which pages to use, is the best I’ve ever used, even better than the Swedish furniture company. I would say, the Quooker system was plug and play. We are delighted with our Flex tap system and mostly that we have no more water wastage from kettle etc.

Ryan arrived on time and provided good advice on maintaining our Quooker as well as servicing our equipment. Very pleased with service overall.

We had a call out from a Quooker engineer, Paul Mulroe, today and the experience was extremely positive from start to finish. Paul is punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. He carried out a very tidy service of our Quooker tap, leaving it far better than how it was fitted. Super service, thanks again Paul 👏🏻 delighted with can use it again!
