Great Quality & Excellent Service
I’ve placed three orders so far, and I’ve had a great experience every time. Before each order, the online chat support has been incredibly polite, helpful, and responsive to my questions.
The turnaround time for receiving proofs and moving into production has been very quick, and communication after placing my orders has been just as good. Even while my orders were in production, they were very receptive and responsive by email whenever I had a question or concern.
As a small business owner, I really appreciate how attentive they have been to my specific needs and how willing they are to help make sure everything is right. The quality of the bags has been very good, and shipping has been quick as well.
After three orders, I’ve been very happy with both the products and the level of customer service and will definitely continue ordering.

Wow if you are in a time crunch and need cups printed fast I highly recommend Racetop Print. They surpass my expectations. The cups arrived within 5 days of submitting the order and the process couldn't be any easier. The print quality and cup quality is also perfect. Will use them again!!

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish! We ordered 1,000 branded plastic cups and 1,000 branded paper cups for an upcoming event with an extremely tight turnaround. From placing the order to having everything delivered was only 7 days, and the cups turned out great.
Serena Y. was fantastic to work with, responsive, helpful, and made sure everything stayed on track despite our tight timeline. Really impressed with the service, quality, and turnaround. We’ll definitely use them again for future events!

Not flexible at all
I was contacted that the logo maybe too dark against the bag color I wanted. I asked to switch to the grey color. They were unwilling.
