Aloha, RacetopPrint is a wonderful company to order from. At first, I was unsure of what to expect, however, they had great communication and supported me up until the end. I was having difficulty with my logo and after back-and-forth conversations they were extremely helpful and even allowed the designer to send a review photo prior to ordering.

My second order of custom bags arrived and I love them!
My second order of custom bags arrived yesterday, just in time for the next high-end vendor event this weekend. As with my first order, the experience was completely seamless: I was able to use my own design, place the order, approve the final design without a hitch. These bags are beautiful and larger than the ones I ordered previously, so I will be using both sizes in place of the bags I was using before. I'm so proud of how they highlight my brand and elevate my packaging, I'll be sure to take pictures of them "in the wild" this weekend.

Long wait for just OK product.
Quality of the sticker was OK but not great. Production and shipping time was very long. Almost 3 weeks. Printed oversees I’m almost certain. Next time I will pay a little more to get a better quality sticker and much quicker delivery time.

I have not received my order
I have not received my order. Picture showing delivery is of another delivery of tables. No bags were delivered. I want/need my bags. Or a refund.

Great quality
Great quality! My only issue is the ship time. I go through bags quickly and 2-3 weeks is a long time for fulfillment. This would be the only reason I would possibly use another company in the future.

This company sent me glitchy blurry magnets
This company sent me glitchy blurry faded looking magnets. They tried to claim that my image was blurry but I am a professional photographer and illustrator. I sent them a very crisp image, which they conversed with me about excessively back and forth over email many times because they kept cutting off the edges. They just could not get it right. Then they sent me an image with blurry lines and completely missing white triangle areas that weren't even printed claiming that it was my fault. They typed lies on their keyboards in China and refused to give me a refund, even with a complete paper trail going backwards in email in writing and the photos I took of their faulty product. Do not work with these frauds.
They replied below with another lie, they NEVER offered a refund. They claimed they did everything right! I have photos of their glitchy magnets, if anyone wants to see them by email. I'm happy to share them to help potential future victims of this company.

Grateful for the Quality and Service
Overall, I was incredibly grateful for the responsiveness and attention to detail of each person who helped create these ice cream cups. I needed to get these done on a tight timeline and everyone was so helpful in making sure they arrived in time. The cups look great and I know the client will be happy.
As a graphic designer, my one request would be for Race Top to consider making downloadable templates available for designers to use. I think this would streamline the proofing process tremendously and allow us to prep files more thoughtfully for production.
