FAKE AI IMAGES —FALSE ADVERTISING ON THIS WEBSITE!
I’m fairly sure that every image on racetoprint’s website is fake. This is a company based in China, so all communication happens in the middle of the night, though a lying, Delaware-based salesman will sell you on the job initially. They promise very reasonable rates, then provide terrible proofs, often taking days between one failed proof after another, and setting it up so that you can’t review those proofs properly by providing very small images. I wasted nearly a month trying to get my print job done with this company. Again – – do not trust the images on their website. They are AI produced, and do not reflect the quality of this company. In our final exchange, they promised me a photograph of the printed product for my approval, and promised a full refund if I wasn’t satisfied. After they strung me out for several more days, I fired them and demanded my money back. That was when they stopped communicating with me. Now I ahave to dispute the charges to get my money back. Everything you see about this company is fake, everything is designed to rip you off. Steer clear.

I liked the website
I liked the website, it was very easy to design, to upload art etc. I ordered two products, one was printed perfectly one was slightly dark which may have been me not being able to see that it was darker in the proof. Overall, great quality and would definitely order again.

I was elated to receive a package from…
I was elated to receive a package from RaceTopPrint! The sticker had been a detailed line art drawing for some clear vinyl bags. Their gold foil uvdtf sticker looks so beautiful and most importantly it sticks well and without any hassle in peeling.
Along the way, they provided the courtesy of expert analysis of the image and I received my order very promptly.
RaceTopPrint even included a sample pack of stickers which my children used to decorate a gift bag. I hope to order those sticker packs, the prism stickers are especially beautiful. The holographic gold foil looks great.
A definite high value add for small handmade sellers like myself with very small order minimums.

High Quality
Everything I have received from RacetopPrint has been fantastic! The bags are high quality and everyone raves about how good they look. I fill them with heavy candles and have never had one rip or tear. Delivery is a little lengthy, but worth it.

A massive lack of consistency
A massive lack of consistency with their stickers. I ordered 9 varieties of die-cut stickers and 6 were not at all to the scale that I ordered. This has happened twice before with die-cuts. Their labels are also inconsistent sometimes they add a white outline. Generally the print quality is good but some of the die-cut stickers I have received were blurry. Will probably find another sticker company to go through for my business.
Update:
I received an email from the support team asking if the stickers i received were usable to which i replied "not for the job I intended to use them for" as the stickers are not non-functional but I cannot use stickers that have absolutely no consistency in size/scale. An image of the stickers with a ruler was also sent. They acknowledged the image but i have since received the same (what I believe to be AI generated) email asking if the stickers are usable several times. THEY ARE NOT!

We have had a terrible experience with Race to Print, which could have cost our company massively. Their courier repeatedly missed delivery and Race to Print excuse is that is was a foreign courier and they didn't understand how to read the address format - because it was a warehouse, rather than a numbered street address. Race to Print, along with multiple other deliveries, had already successfully delivered to this address - no issue. Race to Print will accept no responsibility for this missed delivery and the incompetence of the foreign courier service they use. We were lucky to get a different rush job print at x3 the cost, but had we not, the event and reputation would be ruined. That to not even honour a refund for their missed delivery is beyond disapointing. We will never use again.
