Unquestionably well made product with exceptionally thoughtful design, the medium bifold wallet purse is at once playful and very functional. While providing plenty of space for cards, notes and coins, it is slim and compact enough to be held comfortably in a female hand, as well as fitting even in a small handbag. I would not had any other purse after discovering Radley's.

Received my beautiful bag without a…
Received my beautiful bag without a dust bag. When I requested one be sent, I was informed that they didn't have spares. I don't want a spare, just the one it was supposed to come with. I have several other Radley bags and know how important it is to take care of them and store them correctly when not in use. The solution I was offered was to return the bag at my own expense from Australia and hope that the exchange item (pay for shipping again) would include a dust bag this time. Appalling customer service.

I love Radley
I love Radley, but unfortunately I had a poor quality bag delivered, waste of money, I wasn’t offered a refund or an exchange, giving the bag to a charity shop. Usually there bags are good quality but this one looked cheaper than primark.

Disappointed it wasn’t packaged as I expected since I have radley bags
Great bag. I was buying for a special birthday present. I was disappointed it was not put in a radley box and no pink dust bag as provided.
I cardboard box it came in was a bit battered. Is there any chance you can send me the box it should come in or at least a radley carrier bag plus the pink dust bag.
I own several radley bags and feel the recipient of the bag would love it even more.
