Easy to order and pay and delivery was very good. The purse I ordered is absolutely beautiful and really didn't want to give it away but it was ordered for my beautiful daughter in laws birthday

My parcel is still not been delivered…
My parcel is still not been delivered after waiting in 2 days. It is supposed to be out for delivery today not expecting it. DPD absolutely dreadful couriers. Would not recommend any one to use them.

The wife has purchased quite a few Radley bags and purses over the years, and was sorry to hear they were shutting up shop, so decided to get one last purchase which was at a good price and had a fast delivery time.

I had the wrong suitcase delivered
I had the wrong suitcase delivered, it’s been returned but still waiting to hear when the correct one will be with me.
Getting hold of a customer service person is so frustrating.

Ugly and too small, poor customer service
The bag was ugly and too small. I couldn't close the zip with my purse and phone in it together. The decoration hanging from the side was too large and clumsy for such a small bag. I returned it over two weeks ago requesting a refund but I have heard nothing since.

Arrived on time and well packaged. Suitcases were exactly as described and are beautiful quality. Love the design with the imprinted dog and two way colours. Love all the pockets inside and especially the shirt carrier section on the largest. Delighted as always with your products. Thank you
