Sarah explained the best method for testing our radon, the test kit turned up within a few days and following the 3 month test, Lee surveyed and recommended a solution which has just been fitted. The whole process has been straightforward with great customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone with concerns over radon in their house.

We have a converted garage with a large (insulated) space beneath a wooden floor. At the time of the conversion, we forget about checking for radon (we already have a working sump for the main property). After recently feeling unwell (it turned out to be raised CO2 from poor ventilation), we both thought about air quality and bought a unit which records radon levels, along with other elements. With very high radon readings, we contacted Radon Protection UK to arrange for advice. After a visit from Lee, a date was arranged for installation of a sump. Very quickly, levels began to fall, although we have noticed fluctuations in levels which match changes in air pressure. This we shall follow up.

At the last minute the prospective purchasers of our house requested that we carry out a 10 day Radon Gas Test. I contacted Radon Protection UK immediately to purchase a test kit and they were extremely helpful in explaining how to undertake the test and dispatching the kit which I received the next day. After completing the test I returned the detectors to the laboratory using the Post offices 24 hour tracked service. Within 12 hours of receipt Radon Protection UK emailed me the test labs report. My house sale is now back on track and I cannot thank Radon Protection UK enough for their timely help,advice and assistance. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs to undertake a Radon Gas test.

After a 10-day radon test showed elevated levels of radon in our house, above the action level in our living room, Radon Protection UK have now installed a sump to bring down the radon levels. Solved all our radon problem brilliantly, from the first booking of the tests to the results and sump installation. Our radon levels were several times over the safe maximum as we live in an old mining village. With the small sump which we cannot hear from inside the house (and outside it is just a very low hum) the levels are almost nothing. Great customer service, installation, and peace of mind all round. Thoroughly recommend if you have a radon problem

I contacted Radon Protection UK a few weeks ago as I wasn't sure our pump of 8 years was working anymore. Sarah responded quickly and arranged a suitable time for a service. Any questions I had were answered promptly and clearly. Lee explained everything he had done to get

Sarah and Lee at Radon Protection UK were excellent and very helpful throughout the whole process.
