This company was excellent, we had a mis-start because kit did not arrive, but with Pandemic nothing surprises us. Sarah then rushed everything through and offered above and beyond customer service to get the job done - house is for sale and buyer wanted test, so we were working to quick turnround. It happened has it should - something you do not see so much these days. Thank you Sarah.

Would highly recommend this company. Used to check a house we were purchasing. Delivered very quickly and got the results quickly too. Very friendly staff who replied to my email straight away.

I ordered a radon home test kit and the next day realised I didn’t need it anymore. I called Sarah immediately and she very kindly arranged a refund by chasing up the lab and ensuring the package had not been dispatched yet. Thank you for a swift and friendly service!

I'm writing this review as I found the customer service outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. When I ordered a radon detector for my new home, I was still awaiting my moving date, and as the detector has to be placed within 14 days of being received, I asked if the despatch could be delayed until I moved, which they happily agreed to do. Unfortunately, the move is not now going ahead as the property has been withdrawn from sale, but because of the circumstances, I have been given an instant full refund by the company, which I very much appreciated. I find this company to be highly reputable & reliable. Would genuinely recommend. I can't praise them enough.

I'm moving house and the "homebuyers reports" flagged potentially high levels of Radon gas in the property. After contacting Sarah the team, they reassured me of a positive outcome and laid out all of my options quickly, professionally and honestly.

Radon Protection U.K. recently replaced an old and noisy fan for us. The service we received from the first contact , through making arrangements, to the eventual fitting was excellent. It was a pleasure to deal with Andy , Sarah and Lee. All were friendly , helpful and efficient .The new fan is much quieter and , thanks to Lee`s suggestion that he reposition the controls, I can now reach them easily.

After recent alterations to our 300 year old Grade 2 listed house reduced the ventilation into our cellar space I rechecked our radon levels as a precaution. The radon level in our living room had risen above the action level and I sought advice from Radon Protection UK. They were prompt and efficient in surveying the property, proposing and implementing a solution suitable for a heritage building. They arrived promptly, worked efficiently and left the areas worked-in clean and tidy. They loaned me an electronic radon monitor as I needed an early indication that the solution was effective. This indicates a reduction in radon levels of over 90%. I am happy to recommend their service.

3 months ago we had a Positive Ventilation System installed by RADON Protection UK after receiving a High Radon Result on our property. After the system was installed we carried out another 3 month detector test (again supplied by RADON Protection), the test results showed a significant decrease in RADON measurements in the property and it is now well within the safe reading zone. I have nothing but praise for the service we have received and continue to receive “after sales”.
