Absolute ripoff
Absolutely the worst company to have a vehicle warranty with. Willing to take your money but not willing to do the work when needed. Will wriggle out of paying for work to be done at every opportunity. Don’t waste your money , happy to take £35 a month for over two years but when you try to use them for repairs they find any excuse not to pay!. Disgusted and out of pocket!.

Your repair request has not been declined. We are currently unable to proceed because we are still waiting on required information from your garage, including confirmation of the fault, supporting diagnostics and a full repair breakdown. We also require valid service history that meets the terms of your agreement.
As explained by email and on the phone, without this information we cannot assess or approve any claim. This process applies to all customers.
We’re ready to move forward as soon as the requested documentation is provided.

Terrible
Terrible, being paying three years every month and when I needed them I get brush off. They said I need to pay an extra fee so they can diagnose the problem. Then they said they couldn’t pick the car up because they didn’t have the right facilities so it was better if I went to my local garage to see if they could fix the problem. I explained why am I paying £33 a month and she explained it was full of service . The customer care skills are unbelievable. Do not pay for this service because you do not get the right service you pay for.

More of a question than a complaint. Does RAMP trust the RAC to do mechanical repairs? Would they honour te cost of these repairs through their mechanical warranties?
