Great price, great service, amazing quick delivery
Ordered a Master Lock Chest late Friday, amazingly arrived this morning (Monday) by DPD. Arrived effectively double boxed, and item not used just yet but all seems great. Price was very good, better than most. Am very pleased with speed and overall service. Thank you.

Disappointed
Polite and helpful enquiry staff following three recent occasions when items of stock did not arrive on the order without explanation. On one occasion though I was asked if I had photographed the delivery box and other items ordered upon initial receipt, which I have never done with any company. This made me feel as if my integrity was being questioned. Our school have been dealing with Rapid for years and I have in the past been very pleased with the reliability and service. I am now of the view that if I encounter another similar situation I will insist that we use an alternative supplier and make a formal address to our academy.
