Looks like a very good product for the money. The display boards are simple to put together and light enough to carry into any exhibition. The carry bag is very handy for carrying.

Service above and beyond.
I rang and spoke to Vicky - very helpful and advised me on exactly what I wanted/needed. We completed the paperwork and settled the invoice.
Delivery was scheduled for Monday 28th September - it arrived as expected.
Packaging was an object lesson on how to pack material to prevent damage and to facilitate easy handling.
The product was exactly what I expected and fulfilled our needs precisely.
I cannot recommend RAP Industries highly enough.
In a world where everyone promises but fails to deliver, RAP Industries shine.

School Dining Hall Screens
We ordered the screens to protect children in a busy school dining room during these difficult times (COVID 19).
They provided a secure barrier with the upper half being clear for vision. They are perfect and will be used by the school for the many events that we will conduct in the future.
They were very easy to construct and the materials were solid and easy to clean.
Very happy with the delivery time and the customer service were quick to answer any questions we had.

Great screens for office partitioning for COVID & beyond
We were making our office more COVID secure and whilst we already had enough social distancing in place, we decided to take it a step further and install full length perspex screens. Ordering was simple and the staff were very friendly. Delivery was quicker than expected (as due to high demand, we expected to wait several months). We love the screens and it has helped to boost staff confidence in the current climate. The screens are non invasive and do not muffle out as much sound which is great for an operational office, where we have to interact all day. 10/10!

Very disappointed with the service.
I used his company as they advertised and I was informed that the product would be manufactured in 10 days. I placed my order 25 days ago and despite assurances of the goods being delivered 2 days ago they are still not here but maybe tomorrow. I paid for next day delivery which was a waste of time as I cannot be guaranteed I’m receiving that service and the best the company have offered is a refund on that. To say that I’m bitterly disappointed in the customer service is an understatement. I’ve yet to see the product but ah IBF read reviews on the response to customer complaints in other reviews I can only hope I received what I ordered in perfect condition. As a business owner my own view is that a company should never advertise or offer verbally what they cannot deliver.

We apologise about the confusion regarding the lead time. All our quoted lead times are for working days (Mon-Fri) not including the bank holiday. Our lead times at the moment are slightly longer, with 10-15 working days quoted for screening due to an incredibly high demand for partitions. We have offered to refund the next day delivery for you as a good will gesture. Please know that this is not our normal level of service, these are not normal times and we're working as hard as we can to get goods out as quickly as possible!

clamps missing
the clamps were missing which I had to ask to be delivered, which were delivered two days later, and the delivery man would not take away the pallet that the screens arrived on.

With regards to the delivery service, it is the customers responsibility to dispose of the pallet as stated under the delivery section in our t&cs but again we apologise if this has caused any inconvience.

Ashleigh and colleague were really helpful and super flexible when I was initially uncertain about exactly what we needed at Ulster College of Music. Excellent service from start to finish
From start to finish, this company have been great. There was a slight delay because of a manufacture problem but I was kept in touch at all times by Vicky who dealt with everything in a professional matter. Every email I sent was answered promptly and nothing was a problem.
I have received screens and they are exactly what I was looking for.
I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks for your help in these difficult times.
