Website was easy to navigate. Was able to narrow my search for a sectional sofa to 2 options. I visited my local store to see them. The sales associate was very helpful. I wanted to think about it a little more before I made the purchase. I then made my online purchase and was able to include the sales associates name during checkout.

the salesman was wonderful. very helpful . Things went awful when we went to back desk to pay and the women who varifyed my delivery date was so rude and had no calendar infront of her and was unable to confirm the day of week my delivery was. she also had a rude tone with me and the customer ahead of me... she claims her manager did not supply her with a calender and apologetized for her rude and snipe demeanor. After spending thousands of dollars in your store I am considering canceling my order!!

Alyson is Patchogue was fantastic. I think furniture sales people have a bad reputation in general, but Alyson was extremely knowledgeable about the store, and really tried to look for specific opinions to our "issues". Not pushy at all. Seemed to genuinely just want to help, and she did that. Haven't received the furniture yet, but the in-store experience was great

I had to replace my sofa of almost 2 yrs due to some manufacturer defects. I had purchased the platinum protection plan and from start to finish everything went smoothly. Joshua from their protection plan customer service department did an awesome job! He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and got everything processed very quickly. Everyone at the Patchogue Store that helped me could not have done a better job! Highly recommend them!

My husband and I went into find a mattress. This is not as easy as you think. Salesperson Allyson Hinds in the patchogue location was excellent. She was attentive to our needs and patient. She spent a good deal of time with us and found us the perfect mattress. The best part it was delivered the next day. We will be seeing her for all our furniture needs

Shopping online retailers with the fancy ads I ran into so many problems with their product availability, lousy delivery, poor quality and equally miserable customer service. R&F online was top notch in all ways: preassembled items, clear info on stock availability, fast delivery, EXCELLENT customer service, and a bonus -- reasonable prices! Ray met us at the door and introduced himself. He was patient and listened to what I thought I wanted in a color scheme.
I did want swivel chairs.

Ray brought me to a swivel chair that was so comfortable he then told me it was a recliner. It doesn't look like a recliner which was exactly what I wanted.
I was so happy with the chair I bought the loveseat too.
I went home and picked out
a rug to go with my new color scheme.
I will be back to see Ray for future purchases.
The store is lovely and has so many styles of furniture and accessories to choose from their customers will have a pleasant and positive shopping experience.
