Sales person very patient and knowledgeable.

The first delivery was great. I would have given you a ten. But the couch broke in early November and I had the worst experience getting it fixed. I went to Tarrytown road the manager sent an internal email. I was contacted 3 days leter. then 2 more days a repairman came. He took the part number then the repair department dropped the ball. I had to go back to the store three times. Then you decided to give me a new couch but that took three months. Then 5-28 the new delivery and removal of the old couch had the people who were very defensive and unpleasant.

Michael was very helpful and patient with us from the moment we walked in the store. He was NOT so aggressive where it turns you off, but rather very helpful in selecting what works best for us and our needs (i.e. carpet, custom dining room table, etc.). We will definitely be back and looking for Michael to assist with the rest of our furniture needs.

Web site was very easy to navigate and I called the store to verify a few things and the representative was very helpful.

Monet listened to what we wanted and provided expert assistance. She looked at our floor plan and offered great options

I had a great experience. I always purchase my furniture from Raymour because of its consistent quality. My sales rep this time was Manny, white plains location. He was very helpful at the store. Further, he followed up after the purchase to make sure that everything was delivered and that I was happy with my purchase.

I still have not received my delivery. Evidently it was damaged at the warehouse and therefore could not be delivered. I waited all day for it to arrive and called multiple times throughout the afternoon trying to find out what was going on. I still do not know when I am going to receive the chair.

The chair was delivered on 10/10/25 and was damaged with the stuffing coming out and missing staples and I refused delivery. I have spoken to the manager Peter of White Plains and as of 11/8/25, there is no plan in place to delivery a new chair or refund. I leave messages with his sales people and he does not respond to my messages. I paid $932 for the chair and I have no chair or credit for it. This is my experience being a new customer.

Salesman Ray was very good-whatever he didn’t know, he found the information easily.

Monet is the best sales person ever. So detailed and this is the fourth time I’ve bought a piece of furniture from her. I will only go to her. If she ever leaves, I will follow her as far as sales are concerned
